Okay usually I don’t leave reviews but cmon… Absolutely ridiculous experience. I ordered a classic Beef & Cheddar meal and somehow ended up with a plain, dry roast beef sandwich — not a single drop of cheese or red sauce anywhere. That’s literally the whole point of the sandwich! And to make it worse, they tossed ONE ketchup packet in the bag for a large meal. One. It’s like they didn’t even try. For what I paid, this was lazy, careless, and honestly just annoying. I left more irritated than anything. Not impressed at all.

The Norwalk Arby’s is not clean. It starts with the entrance floor & glass, both are filthy. The grease path leads to the sticky floor on the route to order. I like to wash my hands b4 eating a sandwich & fries so I used the mens room. I felt dirtier when I left the restroom than when I walked in & the smell nearly took my appetite away. The customers were wiping tables as they sat down & disposing of napkins they used. The chair legs & base boards were filthy & food crumbs on the floor. Our visit was at 11 15 AM prior ti the lunch crowd, but the deplorable condition of the place looked like it had not been cleaned properly for quite sometime. The food is good, service is good, but yiu better clean up the place or folks will go elswhere.

Ruined lunch! Ask for turkey ranch bacon. w/ swiss
But get in bag Turkey Ranch Bacon w/Swiss and then they put American Cheese and a heap of mustard! Didnt think it was hard to sub type of cheese but maybe it’s only me. RECEIPT WAS RIGHT other that they ADDED Swiss instead of SUB (must be si they can charge for it). And pay for the mustard they added that ruined the flavor! NOT Recommended for lunch unless you have extra time to have them redue it, I didn’t, I guess they decided I get to pay them so I can fill a trash can, good thing they did Mot Sticks good but not very good lunch, only eating fried cheese.

The last two times that I have gone there. They were out of curly fries. This time they were out of nuggets. Also the person at the intercom for the drive up was incredibly rude. This is the third time the meal has been incredibly terrible. Will never shop at this Arby’s again.

first off service is TERRIBLE, food is always cold and I had ordered a 5 piece tender and 2 of them were RAW. It was a Monday night around 8:00 and I requested a refund from the night manager and was not given one because In his own words the circumstances for that to happen were unlikely. never eating here again.

Service sucked. They are more worried about their cell phones than customers. Got half my order, fries were from the bottom of the pan, cheese isn’t melted on sandwiches. I asked for a chicken ranch sandwich not a chicken tender sandwich. They should learn how to read an order to fulfill it completely.

You know how when you go to grab a fast food burger and the sad flattened burger you get looks nothing like the picture on the menu? That’s not what happens at Arby’s. They are generous with their portions and you won’t have to order two #6’s to get your fill. It’s my favorite fast food joint..

Great food, Nice employees. Only 4 stars CS due to repeated omission of ketchup and/or sauces from bag. Employees will ask over speaker, sauces are specified but do not get put in bag. Great location otherwise.

Worst customer service at an Arby’s I’ve ever experienced. They don’t say hello or acknowledge your presence when standing in line. Constantly rude workers, they act exasperated, taking your order. Give you attitude for asking for sauce. The floors are always sticky. Need better workers or better management.
