Among the variety of foods that you can find on the second floor of this shopping center, we find this one at the end. The prices seem affordable to me and they have a variety of choices. In this case I ordered a chicken shawarma that was delicious, you can accompany them with any topping you want. is a. great option for those looking for a healthy option. The atmosphere in this place is 10/10 you can go with children and you have an excellent view. The attention of the workers was excellent. Of course I would return to this place and I recommend it.

This place used to be good and now it’s awful. The servers seem overwhelmed and can’t keep up with the in person versus online orders. All of my last 5 or so of my online orders have been wrong. Tonight’s was the worst – ordered seasonal salad falafel bowl without tomatoes only to be given a bowl of dry romaine lettuce and falafel with tomato and no sauces or the extra salad items actually ordered. It was awful. Do better!

This is probably the most popular restaurant at the good court here. Good price, portions, and taste! Lines are long but they move pretty fast! They have a separate pickup location as well for orders which is nice.

I’ve given this place two chances, and both times were really disappointing because of the service.
The first time, I stood in line like everyone else, waiting to be helped. The two girls preparing the food completely ignored me — they didn’t even look up or acknowledge me. When I finally got to the register, one of them asked what I ordered, and I said I hadn’t — because they never even took my order.
The second time, there was no one in line, but the two girls behind the counter were preparing a few to-go bowls. They ignored me for about 10 minutes before one of them finally asked what I wanted. I started to explain, but she handed my order off to the other girl, who continued ignoring me. I waited there again, awkwardly, until I just gave up and left.
The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and dismissive both times. The food might be fine, but the service was honestly horrible.

This is one of my favorite lunch spots finally they opened one close to my job. It’s pretty standard for the line to be very long. The food here is fantastic and the portions are also very generous. The service is always very quick and food always fresh.
Good Middle Eastern food! Try it for yourself and you’ll be pleasantly surprised, I’ll be coming back for sure!

This place has the potential to be five star, however, I am left with no option but to leave a poor rating. Ordered beef salad and had to waste it half way through eating since the meat was so chewy. Taste is great, however, the stale meat is absolutely unacceptable. Feel like an animal chewing hay. See pictures for reference.

What a great lunch option. We came here on our last day in NYC. What a beautiful shopping center and food court as well. The prices at Naya were very affordable, especially for the amount of food you get. The service was very good and the staff were super friendly. I would suggest getting a falafel bowl, with rice and some greens, and veggies such as tomatoes and olives, with hummus and babagahnouj. Very tasty.
Definitely recommend for a quick and delicious lunch.
