Galliano store . I used the app to order . Showed order ready but when I arrived it hadn’t even been put in oven yet. Was told there was an order of 13 pizzas before mine! So they just made it look like mine was done to make their times look good on paper/screen . Was late for work thanks to that mess up waiting on my food . Won’t order from this location again. This is the second time this week I order from this store and y’all have messed up my order. I’ve noticed it’s very hard for your workers to follow simple instructions. I ordered my cinnamon twist over the app, when I did, I put in the delivery instructions to add extra sauce because you never put enough. After I made my online order, I then called the store personally and spoke to Terry and told him I wanted extra sauce on my order and he said he would take care of it. However when my food arrived it was not what I wanted at all. My first delivery driver Patrick was amazing and when my second delivery driver Terry came back to deliver my remade food he was very apologetic and very nice about it. However I feel as though whoever is on board needs to reevaluate their career if they wanna be this sloppy they should try McDonald’s or Wendy’s. Several times I’ve noticed my app said that Ray was preparing my food. If he can’t get it together he should be removed or demoted I would also like to be put in touch with Penny so I can express my concerns. It was also brought to my attention by one of the workers that their boss told them that they need to speed up the pace and become faster. However I do not agree with this because you cannot follow simple instructions and it’s too hard for your workers to comprehend and work at a fast pace at the same. Therefore they should slow it down and take their time so you don’t get bad reviews. Also I would not recommend this store to anyone if anything I would tell people to stop attending your store because of how horrible your food is being made. Something should definitely be done about this even if that means firing everyone and getting a whole new team. I hope you take my review into consideration and focus more on customer satisfaction and food quality versus speed of production. However thank you for your time and I hope you take this review seriously.

I placed an order online. Once I got to the window to pick up I’m told it wasnt paid for yet. So I informed them that my order was cold and requested a new one made. I was then informed that “they just took it out of the oven.” Once I got home and begin to fix my plate, I realized my cheese bowl was empty. Whenever I went back they constantly argued with me saying that’s what happens when it cools off. But I live 3 minutes and after being told they just took it out of the oven it shouldn’t have cooled nearly this much. So here’s pictures of the 1st and 2nd bowls.

My 4 year old granddaughter loves Domino pizza. She is on a first name basis with the delivery driver Roxie. She always tell me that she is waiting for her friend to come over when we are waiting for our pizza. Thank you Roxie for being so good with her.

I cannot count the times this dominos has delivered pizza with up to 3 slices having no toppings on them, very poorly prepared. How many times can you forget the sauces I’ve paid for or given sauces I didnt ask for? I am very tired of these mishaps from a place my family loves to eat from. We tip all the time but feel that the dedication to the work is poor.

I ordered a hand tossed pepperoni and pineapple pizza. More thin crust than hand tossed, I had an unidentifiable piece of meat on my pizza. Took over an hour to get it deliverEd when the website said 33-43 minutes. Called the store, all that was said was he left about 15 minutes ago and didn’t over to fix any of the mishaps. I’ll definitely be going to a different pizza place !
