Ordered a phlliy pizza. Did not get any meat on the pizza. When we returned the pizza Michale the Mgr. Took our pizza which we already ate two slices out of it. Never have I known dominos to take their pizza back. When it was still edible only had meat missing. When asked him about why he took our pizza he said why would we want a pizza that had wrong toppings on it. It just didn’t have meat on it. Rude workers you have. And the thin crust was no better!!

ordered a pizza at 10:20 it is now 11:16 and still have yet to receive it called at 11:05 to see what was up and they said the guy has 5 other deliveries and will be 45 minutes. understandable one driver may take awhile but they could communicate that also and to whoever the guy was that answered the phone very rude. not any have a goodnight or nun just clean hung up. hope the food is hot when it gets here ! so ridiculous how some of the employees are though.

Order was delivered to neighbor. No phone call to confirm delivery location. Pizza was left on shelf on porch in the rain. Called twice while waiting for delivery. First time I was told the power went out and it wouldn’t be long. 2 hours later I finally got in touch with the store and was told it had been delivered over an hour ago and instructions on where to locate the pizza. After finding my order soaked from the rain, I asked for a replacement order. Eventually after speaking with the driver and manager, my order was replaced and a different driver came with the order in less than 30 minutes.

This is the second time this week I order from this store and y’all have messed up my order. I’ve noticed it’s very hard for your workers to follow simple instructions. I ordered my cinnamon twist over the app, when I did, I put in the delivery instructions to add extra sauce because you never put enough. After I made my online order, I then called the store personally and spoke to Terry and told him I wanted extra sauce on my order and he said he would take care of it. However when my food arrived it was not what I wanted at all. My first delivery driver Patrick was amazing and when my second delivery driver Terry came back to deliver my remade food he was very apologetic and very nice about it. However I feel as though whoever is on board needs to reevaluate their career if they wanna be this sloppy they should try McDonald’s or Wendy’s. Several times I’ve noticed my app said that Ray was preparing my food. If he can’t get it together he should be removed or demoted I would also like to be put in touch with Penny so I can express my concerns. It was also brought to my attention by one of the workers that their boss told them that they need to speed up the pace and become faster. However I do not agree with this because you cannot follow simple instructions and it’s too hard for your workers to comprehend and work at a fast pace at the same. Therefore they should slow it down and take their time so you don’t get bad reviews. Also I would not recommend this store to anyone if anything I would tell people to stop attending your store because of how horrible your food is being made. Something should definitely be done about this even if that means firing everyone and getting a whole new team. I hope you take my review into consideration and focus more on customer satisfaction and food quality versus speed of production. However thank you for your time and I hope you take this review seriously.

Called to complain that my pan pizza wasn’t cooked well done as specified in online order, and brownie was raw. Phone attendant told me that was impossible, I said the only thing cooked is the top layer it’s flimsy and raw…they refused to do anything about my brownie but are sending another pizza. Domino’s this is not worth $35…horrible food and service

I thank you for your response and I apologize for the previous review. On your reply it gives your store address which I have never stopped at your location, only drove pass. The actual problem location did not even come up. You seem like your store would be a better stop for receiving quality I prefer. Thank you and again, sorry for the confusion.
