Any one familiar with real mandi will immediately recognize that this dish lacked authenticity, felt like a shortcut version being sold under a false name and it was too pricy about $45 for less quantity and poor quality
Overall this was misleading and not worth the money. Not RECOMMENDED
This mandi might impress people trying mandi for the first time, but not for actual mandi lovers. On top of that, it’s overpriced — $100 for 2 chicken mandis with just 2 pieces each. Not worth it at all. We only ate the chicken and left half the rice.
The service was also terrible. When I tried to reach out, they refused to give refund back even though it was clearly not good. Since it was a takeaway order and I live 15 miles away, it’s not fair to expect me to keep going back and forth for one order. Even the manager didn’t respond properly — the server was just relaying messages instead of actually helping.
A restaurant should care about customer satisfaction, not just give excuses or options that don’t solve the problem. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and I hope they take this feedback seriously to improve their food quality and service.
While eating i found a pin ( STAPLE PIN) in that biryani.
I took that photo i showed it to that working staff and I am posting that in this browser too.
Forward and be alert while you visit ( Which i dont prefer)
Especially dont take your children to this place, Avoid at any cost.
For the main course, we tried a couple of biriyanis—Raju Gari Kodi Pulao and Potlam Biriyani. Both dishes were flavorful, aromatic, and filling, each offering its own unique taste that stood out in a special way. The balance of spices and the authentic touch really made them enjoyable.
The overall experience was delightful—the food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the atmosphere made it a great place to relax and enjoy quality time with friends. If you’re looking for a spot that serves tasty Indian dishes with rich flavors, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.
This place being one of my favorite Indian places to dine at, Took a friend visiting over for the weekend. I’d rate Haleem a 1/5. They got the texture wrong, lentils were dominant over meat flavor-wise and it was too spicy for a Haleem. Overpriced for such small portions. AVOID.
We also got the Chicken Juicy Mandi, awful again. Felt more like a spicy pulao. Big hit or a miss this one. Overall a disappointing experience.
So, I guess I should stick to my routine and get biryanis/appetizers from here. Given I love exploring.
They should consider making it less oily.
