Customer service was very good. We’re able to recommend me what to get, and walk me through the different bagels. I ordered the following:

El Jefe GG(avocado): 8.5/10 I wish the steak was a little more seasoned. Fresh ingredients, good flavor and I can tell the bagel was fresh.

Give this place a shot.

Pretty solid bagels! I will mention I have very high standards for bagels being from NY and while these weren’t quite on par with what I’m used to, these are solid for this area.
BEC on an everything is my go to and while I wish the bacon was whole strips and not chopped up and mixed in with the egg, it still delivered. Also had the traditional feel of a small neighborhood bagel joint.

Walked into this establishment at 656am. Was looking for the cream cheese that I was going to purchase and the gentleman came out and told me that they were not open. Did not say that we open in a few minutes or could I wait for a few minutes until they are open. So I left and took my business elsewhere. Do not know if I will back and I really liked there bagels and many varieties of cream cheese.

Okay bagels, high prices however and overhyped.

They are not careful with ingredients. I paid almost $13 for a BayHawk bagel and it had 1 strip of bacon on it. Egg on the bagel wasn’t great. Asked for toasted and it wasnt very toasted. More soggy like microwaved.

I paid an extra dollar for grilled onions and got raw red onions instead. They don’t answer the phone so you must order online. I had to wait for the staff to have private chats before they come and give you the pickup food or acknowledge you.

Try McDonald’s or Uber bagels instead.

Our two bagel orders were mixed up, understandably the names are Southerner and Northerner but I would have assumed that the restaurants employees would know to tell them apart. The wrong one was double toasted and the hots were switched. We were given low fat cream cheese instead of regular. All around poor attention in general.

Excellent bagels, excellent flavors of cream cheese. Also sandwich options. Today I got sesame seed bagel w/ the best sundried tomato cream cheese I’ve ever had!

My wife said she was going to get bagels and she was gone for more than an hour. Apparently the workers at the store mixed up her simple order, 3 plane bagels and 3 everything bagels, and insisted that items were missing. She sat in the store for 40 minutes as she had already paid, finally after much questioning the employees said they were missing a bagel she didn’t order and the correct order was there the entire time. It is insanity to have to wait almost an hour for six bagels. I understand it’s a family business but do better. My family will not be returning.

Bagels were fine otherwise.

My family looks forward to Sunday mornings here — it’s become our tradition! The bagels are consistently fresh and delicious, and the staff always greets us with friendly service. It’s the perfect start to our Sunday.

The bagels are decent, but I don’t understand how us locals have kept this place in business so long. Powdered eggs, uncooked onions and peppers, just generally not that great food. If there was ANYWHERE else to get a breakfast sandwich I’m pretty sure it would do very well.

I had the South of the Border bagel. It came with the oxeca cheese, chorizo sausage, and scrambled egg. One of the best bagels I’ve had. I loved every minute of it. The sandwich usually comes with onions, and if I was an onion lover, it would had tied it all together beautifully. For me, with the onion it was a delicacy. I bought a coffee as well. The coffee is strong just like I like it. Staff is super friendly and helpful. You can tell they have alot of locals and regulars constantly comming in. They seem to know everyone. Wonderful all around. Go check Navel Bagels out.
