This is a cute little shop that has pastries, coffees, breakfast sandwiches, and breakfast burritos they have cookies and cakes. They’re a little pricey, but everything looks made fresh they make your coffee right there and your breakfast burritos are made to order along with your breakfast sandwiches. I have all the pastries behind Glass cabinets which I think is really cool. They have plenty of parking cause I share it with several of their locations. The people that helped us were really nice. I didn’t get their name. It was Valentine’s Day so they had a couple nifty little things. The banana pie was delicious. I was craving banana pudding, but the banana pie did not disappoint. The wedding cookies are really good. You only get five in a pack and they’re like five dollars so they’re about a dollar cookie. The heart shaped one with the raspberry in the middle for Valentine’s Day was not very sweet and could’ve used a little bit more raspberry 10 out of 10 recommend going by and checking it out. The Maui cake is good and the berry and cream one as well.

This is a quick grab and go coffee shop that not only offers tasty Cafe De Olla but also a nice delicious variety or pastries. It’s not a sit down cafe like their sister shop so be aware. I ordered their speciality which is of course the Cafe De Olla and it hit on all points! I usually order it hot but decided to go with it iced. Oh yeah it’s a drink they never get wrong and if you enjoy a comforting cinnamon coffee then this is definitely for you. Along with their lip smacking pastries it’s definitely a perfect pair.
The service was not so great but I already had that feeling when I saw who was minding the shop. Hopefully that changes soon if they want repeat customers. But other than that it’s a great grab and go so check it out if you’re in search of something like I mentioned.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This great little shop is worth a trip. Many nurses at City of Hope said this is the best there is. The authentic “Cafe De Olla” is awesome. I usually order unsweetened black Americanos. But this was life changing. And the bakery items looked amazing. My wife loved one of the cream-filled ones. But they didn’t have gluten-free items for me.

I have been coming here for the past 2 years and always loved the food and their service. However, the past two times I’ve come here I’ve been extremely disappointed. The food lacked flavor and the side portions are so small. They barely gave me 7 small pieces of potatoes and called them home fries. The horchata, (which I used to love) tasted sour and was extremely thick and gooey with no cinnamon flavor. $9 for something that was not drinkable. The total was $70 for two lousy dishes and 2 undrinkable horchatas. Very overpriced!!! However, in the past we didn’t mind paying so much because it was always good quality food. We were extremely disappointed.

So yummy and authentic I got the Cold Brew with “Cafe De Olla” Cold Foam and their Flan! So delicious. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. My new favorite daily stop for my daily dose of joe!

This place serves the best pistachio cheesecake I’ve ever had — creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced with that nutty pistachio flavor in every bite. It’s indulgent without being overly sweet, and the texture is just heavenly.
The cold brew café de olla is equally impressive — smooth, bold, and infused with warm cinnamon and spices that make every sip feel like a cozy hug. It’s refreshing yet comforting, and pairs perfectly with the cheesecake.
My only wish is that they had tables to sit at — even a few outside — so you could enjoy these treats right there on the spot. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Mexican bread elevated we went and got five pieces of Mexican bread and an iced coffee drink prices for typical pricing it’s about 25 cents to 95 cents more than you’d find at the market, coffee drink with similar to Starbucks pricing $6+. But I say elevated because the bread was soft and mildly sweet not is hard and dry as some of the Mexican bakeries. In a small storefront near Smart & Final close to UPS, asmall storefront right side had the breads behind glass at room temperature, in the middle backis refrigerated glass doors were all the cakes $40 & up to the left was a refrigerated case with individual slices of cakes then near the front door is the cashier they will put your bread in a box for you. Everybody seemed pleasant. I hope it makes it good luck to Duarte’s new location.
