The food is so good! And the place is so clean and the staff are always so nice and friendly! They are also really good about allergies. I have a severe nut allergy and when I ask about deserts, they always check the recipe book when I ask. Highly recommended!

Edit: the company is flat out lying – I did not finish the whole bowl or tell anyone I finished the whole bowl. I told them I found MULTIPLE pieces of plastic. The company is lying… even worse … the company is also stating I told them I denied compensation, I did not. The owner told me to mention his name next time I come in – I have no plans in doing this.
Flat out lying is horrible. I’d never suggest going here.
Second time to Natural Cafe and most likely last. Went in for a half soup and sandwich, cream tomato soup had little pieces of plastic in it. I immediately called the restaurant that transferred me to management that asked to see the photos. They responded via email that it was basil stems. I’m 100% sure it is not basil stems but…. The manager was kind on the phone and prompt, but due to admitting he would investigate after the lunch rush I don’t think he would admit he went through service giving out the plastic soup. Unfortunate! I just got a job next door and was looking forward to regular to go orders.
1 star as even the half sandwich I got was sparse of ingredients and the sprouts were removed off. The turkey provided didn’t cover the entire bread so it was a dense bite most times.

The food was excellent I normally don’t eat fresh or healthy food but the food here is great. They serve a lot and it is filling. The atmosphere is great and the service is good.

Tried one of their daily specials that came with a sandwich and soup or salad. I decided to go with their chicken soup which was the highlight of the meal for me. The sandwich was decent but would probably order something different next time. I would definitely return for their soup though. The ingredients tasted fresh and clean. Customer service was on point as well.

I had a tofu bowl with ginger sesame dressing, it had avocado and rice and some other bomb ingredients and tasted pretty fresh. I’ve eaten here many times over the years and they’re always consistent with the delivery and quality of their food. A solid choice for Santa Maria if you’re looking for healthy, and hearty options!

2nd time this week coming here because the food just taste so fresh and good. Love the chips and salsa as well, it’s a killer combo with the sandwiches. Please try this place out over all the fast food , much more healthier for you and you will love it! The smell from outside is what got me.
