$70+ in delivery order, and the one thing we wanted was one of the orders of rib tips to be dry with sauce on the side. Upon arrival, we didn’t get the second order of rib tips, and when we called, they said they were together in the box. Well, 8 rib tips are not 2 lbs. Then the rude lady on the phone said, “Well, our cooks, don’t read that far down on the receipts.” Poor customer service, poor food quality, fries were cold. This has been our go-to, but all around, the place has gone downhill. Won’t be long before they are out of business with frequent visits from the health department.

Over cooked chicken and way under cooked fish. Missing an order of fries that were part of a meal. Called to complain and was just left on hold. I didn’t even want money back or any sort of credit. So I ordered a pizza with pepperoni. And the Manager told me he made the pizza with pepperoni ok so how did mine not have pepperoni. I tell him it don’t have pepperoni he tells me he can remake it drive there and pick it up yeah after I drove home. Wouldn’t give me credit because I did credit before once because they burnt the pizza kinda sucks I will not be ordering from here anymore all because you didn’t make the pizza right. Also I buy pizza every week now I will stop doing that crazy all That for a 50cent pizza The boss is great the boy manager not so much lost a consistent customer.

We been ordering happys a lot lately there pizza is good and the chicken tenders were good but the last 5 times it’s so overcooked and crunchy.it will break your teeth.25 bucks for 12 pieces one time I called they sent me new chicken.sometimes we have ordered 3 times a week tonight we ordered chicken I told her can you tell them not to overcook it.well sure enough the chicken was so crunchy burnt no taste.way Overdone the meat was dried up.i called told them idk if you got new cook or what she said it’s new chicken.i said well it’s horrible and expensive and we won’t be ordering from you anymore.we did love there food.but not now.anyone else having issues with the chicken?
