We have ordered from native several times. It is one of our favorite wings restaurant. Today was the first time it has been a let down. We always order take out since we live a mile away. And this time when we went to pick it up. It seemed like they didn’t want to help us? Did they forget?? Point is, we get there at the pick up time, they took forever. And mind you, a 1 mile drive home and the pizza and wings were cold. (Did they not put it in the warmer for puck up customers??) The salad looked pink on the edges of the greens, floppy, and old. And even the tomato in the salad looked old and the cheese was mushy. Least to say, VERY let down for the amount of money we paid for.

Ceasar salad. . . No dressing. . .also, see what a $7 ceasar salad looks like. . . Even one with no dressing. Pickles old, stale, and deep fried to the point there is no pickle. Burnt old onion rings. Close to half the time we order delivery, it shows up in this state, because they don’t have to face you when they supply this garbage. Also, no care or quality control on deliveries.

We were seated 15 minutes before anyone waited on us. Short staffed again I guess. But people that walked in after us got served before us. I had 2 sliders and fries. The Native slider was ok but the hamburger was paper thin. The fried chicken was ok but the lettuce was actually rotten. It wasn’t just wilted from a hot patty (as the server suggested.) See the photo. I am home sick now. I told the waitress. Nothing was offered as compensation or no money off the bill. We’ve been going to Native for years. It’s sad they are just going downhill.

First of all Michelle was our waitress and she was awesome! I would’ve taken a picture but the food was gone too fast! SO GOOD. Very reasonable prices and super fun daily specials. Found our new after work wind down spot. If you are thinking of getting the Native Rita, quit thinking and start drinking. It’s a delicious way to end a stressful week.

Great atmosphere and wings! What’s not to like. And their customer service is second to none. The Tuesday wing special is a favorite go to. They easily accommodate our extended family outings and there is something on the menu for everyone.

Horrible service. Took forever to get anything. Salad had no dressing on it when it got to the table, and it took over 5 minutes to get it. No silverware provided unless asked for. Had to wave the server down and then wait for everything. Food was nothing to write home about. Burger seemed microwaved and tasteless. Salad had tiny apples that ended up at the bottom and useless unless you ate the whole thing. Chicken was dry.

Not good! We waited at a table for over 45 minutes. The server was good at keeping our soft drinks full. The chicken parm was pretty much not edible. A dry, hard pressed chicken patty on a dry hard roll with hard cheese and very little sauce. The fries were only slightly warm. 45 minutes and 4 root beers later!

The only thing saving this from a 1 star is the wings were actually pretty decent. Though they were pretty expensive for the size of them. Service was very mediocre. No refills on water. Took a while to get us plates and one of them was very dirty. Fish sandwich was awful. McDonald’s fish is better. Come here for wings and nothing else.
