The ladies are super nice and friendly. Great selection of foods but not sure how fresh it is. The beef in our pastries were sour. The croquetas were good! The sweet stuff was good too but the empanadas did not taste fresh. The cafe con leche is really good as well as the cafecito.

Great pastries and well priced. The ladies who work there are very sweet and the service was great. We had the pastelito de coco y cortaditos. We also bought a box of assorted pastries (I couldn’t help myself) to go.

Unlike the original bakery that is just a few blocks away, and I reviewed and gave it 5 stars, this location failed on the quality of food, atmosphere and service. I bought two pieces of pastries of which one was a slice of “cheese cake” that tasted like anything but cheese and was very dry (old). The other piece had guava on top that had hardened and had no taste. The cake part was dry and crumbly and had the texture of old cake. I’m quite sure maybe the trash can enjoyed it because that is where both ended in.

I ordered a ham and cheese empanada/$2.50. One pastel de carne/$1.25 and two ham croquetas (not house style)$2.50. They then hand you a written receipt to take to the register. On it was $2.50, 2.50, $1.25
That’s $6.25 in any math.
They charged me $12.14! When I asked about amount. I was told I was charged for what I ordered. I was the only one there and the last paper on the receipt nail/tack that clearly shows the numbers states.
No clear answer. Stuttered responses. All while taking an additional $5 for nothing.
Needless to say, I will not be returning. Considering I’ve been coming here almost weekly, it’s very disappointing.

For the first time I ordered a cake, pastries and croquettes for my son’s birthday and to my surprise despite not speaking English it seems that they don’t understand Spanish either, the photo of the cake all crooked, the design completely changed, they said it would be vanilla but it seemed like saffron and the flavor was far from vanilla, hard and old. the confectioner or decorator has vision problems or was drunk, the meringue all crooked I told them that only the red border with blue sides and they made it white with blue and red border.. honestly we couldn’t even eat… and I agree with most of the comments that say it’s the worst service, they don’t have education they are very rabble and rude ..I think these girls should look for a job in a maximum security prison or security in a Hialeah Sedanos…conclusion I do not recommend them and I will never return to this place.

Great cuban pizza plus incredible price. But you must have patience. Not allot of staff.the pizza is worth the wait. Try ordering on the phone to cut the wait time. Check hours first.

I ordered a cake with coco and guava.
When I went to pick it up the clerk told me, just at that moment, they didn’t do it.
I still wonder if they had my telephone number why they didn’t call me in advance.
I went from Hallandale Beach to that bakery to have my daughter’s birthday cake with coco and guava. It is a long trip. They don’t show respect for their clients. When this happens, anything may happens. Be aware of this. They are not serious business.
