Let me start by saying I have never felt inclined to ever write a review anywhere, I actually made this account just to leave this review, because I just had the BEST chicken tenders. Fresh, crispy and juicy. The French fries were also fantastic and freshly made. If chicken tenders aren’t your style, you cannot go wrong with the steak and cheese or the Italian(MASSIVE). If you have a sweet tooth, don’t let the shiny case in the front distract you (or let it) from the eggnog milkshake. The customer service is also always fantastic! I’ve been a regular for a while now, and yet to be disappointed by anything on the menu, you really cannot go wrong.

Natasha’s is the spot to go especially when you have a sweet tooth, the cheesecake is out of this world, the milkshakes are a delight, the sandwiches are HUGE! My first experience there was incredible. French fries remind me of fair food! Wonderful! Natasha went out of her way to know my name, offered me sides to-go for my sandwich. When I forgot my bagel she was able to call me and make it right because I signed up for the rewards so she honored it at a later date for me! I absolutely love this place!
Some people may complain of a wait, but they are only human, and they make the food fresh right there, so a little patience goes a long way. I have not had any issues with an extreme wait.
There’s really nothing bad to say about the place, the only thing that kind of stinks is the parking situation, but that’s out of their control!

Love this place! The cheesecakes are incredible and they’re always introducing fresh new flavors. Tons of drink choices and the lunch portions are large and delicious. Definitely worth the visit.

Finally had a chance to stop in and grab something quick while I was in town. I ordered two infused Red Bulls and a chicken Caesar wrap—everything was delicious! My only complaint was that it took about 25 minutes to get my wrap, which isn’t a huge deal, but I was in a bit of a rush.
That said, I really wish they still offered DoorDash—it would be such a lifesaver for us local workers who want to enjoy their food without leaving work!
The place is super cute, the ladies working were lovely, and I’ll definitely be back to try some of those yummy-looking desserts when I have more time.
Please, please, please bring back DoorDash!

Stopped into Natasha’s this evening for a sweet treat after dinner out with my husband. We were greeted right when we walked in. The cooler was packed with the most amazing desserts. We got a Lemon Cream Cake to share. The staff is very friendly. The shop was very clean and the atmosphere is very welcoming and so nicely decorated.

Ive heard great things about Natasha’s for a while and I finally had the chance to stop in for lunch today. I ordered the chicken Ceasars salad wrap and an iced latte. Both were delicious. Ive become a bit of a coffee snob over the last few years and I always dread trying a new places coffee but Natasha’s coffee was very very good and I would absolutely have their coffee again. They have about a zillion flavor choices and while I was in they’re, I saw someone order a chocolate strawberry iced latte and now I want to try that! I LOVED the wrap…. plenty of chicken, plenty of croutons and just the right amount of dressing.
Overall, Im looking forward to going back to try their other espresso coffees and goodies.

Fun place for special date with creative eats and treats. Everything was done with a nice touch like fires were served wrapped up in pink boxes like presents. Ice cream nachos are a must have shareable treat and the milkshakes were pretty amazing as well. Was looking for a special place to take my daughter to spend quality time and try some fun treats. This was perfect. Off a side street from the oval with on street parking.

I absolutely love this place! Not only is the owner Natasha very friendly and welcoming so isn’t the entire staff! The business is very community friendly, even offering a pay it forward board! Steak and cheese sub is FANTASTIC!! And the milkshakes?! Too die for!!

OBSESSED is an understatement! I’m at Natasha’s 4–7 times a week … no exaggeration. Their homemade croissants and breakfast sandwiches are the freshest and most delicious I’ve ever had. The chicken tenders literally melt in your mouth, and the Red Bull with boba is a fun bonus treat. Highly recommend Natasha’s for the amazing food, friendly service, and welcoming atmosphere! You may have to wait a few extra minutes for this freshness, but if you have a little patience & are not a horrible miserable human- it’s worth the wait!!

Unfortunately, I have no picture of my breakfast sandwich … let’s just say it was so delicious it didn’t even make it home. And now, I’m enjoying a piece of Italian lemon cake which is also yummy! Super cute place, friendly, and would recommend visiting while in Rochester.
