Awful! My husband and I had dinner at Natalie Jane’s tonight. My husband ordered a steak which was cooked no where close to what he had requested. I’m not sure why they even bother to ask how you want it cooked. The waitress was very apologetic she agreed that the steak was not what he had ordered. She took the plate to the kitchen only to return with the same steak. She said the cook said otherwise. Once again she apologized. However they was no offer to cook another steak, there were no offer of a discount and no management was any where to be found. Very pricey. Very poor customer service. Definitely will NOT be back again.

A gem in Cornelia. Lovely upscale-rustic atmosphere. This coffee snob hasn’t found a decent cup in all of north Georgia until now. Great for breakfast and date night alike. Friendly and enthusiastic service. The management is passionate and caring. Can’t wait to go back.

Great food, but the owner is CRUEL to staff… I watched her make a deaf girl wear a large sign, after she broke her hearing aid. The sign said, I AM DEAF!!! PLEASE SPEAK UP!!! YOU CAN YEL!!!… the girl obviously wasn’t comfortable with this and Natalie *the owner* told her she was fired if she didn’t. If I was that girl, I’d sue.

They moved into the old Gusben’s building. The food is ok. Wings are pretty good. I used to really love the smoked wings. I think things have gone down hill a bit. The service here seems to take forever and a day.

please don’t use natalie Jane for cakes. I asked to to make the top layer of a double cake. I sent a picture she agreed to make it exactly as pictured. If she said she wasn’t skilled enough to make it I would have asked someone else. Instead she tried to take my money and make a cake that looked like crap, The border color didn’t match. She used balls of gumpaste instead of the sugar pearl balls. The tip size for the borders was not correct. The bow on top was not made correctly and was so heavy the sides cracked.

Food is crazy overpriced and mediocre. I paid 17 dollars for a beer and chili cheese fries. Owner is disrespectful to employees. Won’t be getting my business anymore.

Management made a young and very nice deaf girl wear a humiliating sign stating they had to speak up due to her hearing aids not functioning properly. Please, do not eat here.
