Would we come here again? Absolutely! Would I order the Hubbard Special again? Maybe, but only if it were actually wrapped in egg, like an omelet. Otherwise, I’m going with something else (like my wife’s awesome Country Fried Steak)!
My spouse had the strawberry Belgian waffle (because they are a belgian waffle lover), and said that it was the best Belgian waffle they’ve ever had. I tried a bite, and it was indeed divine.
I had the corned beef hash with vegetables and homemade gravy added, and it was also delectable. The gravy was not too peppery (how I like it), and full of warm savory flavor.
We also got two hot chocolates that came out with adorable little pumpkin marshmallows and delicious (homemade?) whip cream.
I can above and beyond recommend this place to sit and enjoy a cozy bite to eat.
FYI- Come early, they get crowded fast. We arrived 20 mins after opening and almost every table was filled. That’s when you know it’s good!
The staff was beautiful! The first thing she said when we entered the door is you need to move your car because the parking maid is aggressive. I thought it was a one way street so I was parked against traffic. Thank you for the heads up.
Now the area we had breakfast in is basically a 50s dinner. The place is full of history and had been around for decades.
The food was amazing and perfectly prepared. It was a wonderful delight. The atmosphere was fun and awesome.
Thank you for a great experience on our vacation!
This is a must stop if you are in the area.
I was impressed with their stocked changing station. When I had babies, I know there were times where I would have appreciated that greatly.
We were in Camas for a weekend and found this place close by and I really liked!
Very nice and clean restaurant it looks small from outside but bigger inside!
The food your order is made from scratch so it can take more time to get to your table but definitely worth it
Our server name was Rachel, she was nice and attentive to everything, she definitely knows the menu well and can give you suggestions.
Really liked it, I recommend this place.
I was never a biscuits and gravy person.
Never even remotely tempted.
And then I had Natalia’s biscuits and gravy, and suddenly I’m questioning all my past breakfast decisions.
My life shifted slightly the day I stole a bite from my friend’s plate (she’s always loved B&G and was raving about Natalia’s version). There is something about these biscuits that makes both my mouth and my heart happy. Perfect flavor. Incredible biscuit texture. Gravy that’s rich without being a pepper bomb. Honestly? Just delightful.
Natalia’s also has the best bacon in Vancouver – no, scratch that – the entire Portland metro area. Thick-cut, perfectly cooked every time, and served in a portion that feels generous and unapologetic.
Yes, I’ve eaten more than just the biscuits and gravy, and every single meal has been top-notch: hot, fresh, flavorful, and served with a smile.
The 1950s diner vibe hits this Gen X’er right in the nostalgia. Some of my favorite childhood memories were family diner outings, and Natalia’s nails that feeling. The staff is always warm and attentive, and the owner is an absolute delight.
Now if you’ll excuse me, it’s still 3:00 a.m., and I’m still thinking about those biscuits.
After living in Portugal for over four years—land of great seafood but zero biscuits and gravy—it was pure joy to dive back into a proper American breakfast: bacon, eggs, hash browns, and those glorious biscuits smothered in sausage gravy. HOOAH!
We were fans of Natalia’s before heading overseas, but after returning and seeing how restaurant prices have nearly doubled across the board (thanks, Joe), we appreciate her cooking now more than ever.
The food? Still outstanding.
The service? Friendly and efficient.
The prices? A steal compared to most places these days.
My wife had the Bavarian French Toast ($15.50)—thick, fluffy, and delicious. I went with the Ideal Breakfast ($16.50)—two eggs, four slices of bacon, crispy hash browns, and biscuits and gravy that hit the spot. Pretty sure we scored a full order of biscuits and gravy since they were closing as we wrapped up—now that’s a TravelValue™.
Only minor gripe: coffee was $4 a cup (ouch), and we were charged for four instead of two. But they fixed it immediately—no drama, no problem.
Heads up: they close at 2:00 p.m. and it gets busy, so plan accordingly if you want a seat and some real-deal home-cooked goodness.
