Very disappointed with the food. We ordered Chicken Palav and Dosa — the palav was bland, and the chicken/potato stuffing was extremely salty. The sambar also tasted stale. Not sure how this place has a 4.3-star rating.

We just found this place last year and the food here had quickly become one of our favorite indian spots in San Antonio. They are consistent and their dishes are BURSTING with flavor. If you’re new here. We recommend trying the chicken 65 and the chicken pulav! Or try the methi pulav which adds fenugreek leaves for a brighter twang! Phenomenal flavor! Can’t go wrong with their tomato, peanut, and ginger chutney either! 5 out of 5! Highly recommend!

I got chicken pulao and which is simply with bagará rice and boiled chicken and no gravy very very dry. Idly use to be good now it’s not even fluffy anymore.
I think you guys need to learn more about the flavors

I tried both the Punugulu and Mysore Bonda, both are delicious! But, I found the Punugulu a bit more oily.

Great food truck, I absolutely loved my experience at Nasta Indian Food Truck!!! It’s a perfect spot to try the Indian authentic, mouth- watering dishes. They really nailed the vibrant, fresh street food taste.
The service is quick and super friendly, even during the rush hours. Everything is made fresh, and you could tell the ingredients were high quality.
Not only is the food spectacular, but the vibe at the truck is fantastic. The staff is incredibly positive and welcoming.

I had the pleasure of trying the Chicken Pulav at Nasta Food Truck, and it was nothing short of amazing! The rice was perfectly fluffy, infused with rich, aromatic spices, and the chicken was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Every bite was a delicious blend of warmth and comfort, making it an absolute must-try for food lovers.

Beyond the incredible taste, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and ensured a seamless experience from order to pickup. Their passion for great food and hospitality truly shines through.

Food was very yummy and quick. The place is well set up with tables and to wash your hands after. The prices are high though so it added up quickly

Food is delicious. I had the most satisfying chai and egg bonda experience. The chai had just the right balance of spices and sweetness, with a rich aroma that made each sip feel like home. And they made the perfect evening snack.

I recently visited this food truck and tried the Idly, Mysore Bonda, Dosa, and Paneer Pulav for dine-in. The experience had its highs and lows.

The peanut chutney initially had a sour note, almost like it was leftover from the day before. Fortunately, they prepared a fresh batch later, and it tasted excellent. The wait time for the food was longer than expected. The Dosa was flavorful and well-made, but the Idly was quite hard—not the soft texture you’d hope for. Mysore Bonda had potential but needed a bit more cooking time. It wasn’t bad, but could’ve been better. The Paneer Pulav was disappointing, and I wouldn’t order it again.

If you’re planning to visit, I recommend going earlier in the day—the food quality seems noticeably fresher earlier than later.

Very disappointing experience.
The food quality was poor, hygiene standards were lacking, and the service was not satisfactory. The taste was below expectations.

The previous management provided much better quality and service. Unfortunately, both have declined significantly under the current team.

With the current food quality and taste, the attitude toward customers is unjustified. I strongly suggest focusing on improving hygiene, food quality, taste, and customer interaction before anything else.
