Let me first say this, I love Little Caesars so much. I am an active fan of Little Caesars. This order was the best order I’ve ever had in my ENTIRE existence. The packaging was soggy as all heck. I can tell that every drop of grease was used in this pizza. So much so that the pizza got stuck to the actual cardboard, which added a lot of flavor. And the best part was when I tried to painstakingly pull out a slice, the cheese would just slip & slide right off the pizza. I didn’t know that I just wanted tomato sauce on my pizza, but oh well. At least there was some lukewarm stiff cheese in the stuffed crust. At some point, I had to take a steak & shake spoon & scrape off the bits of pizza that were stuck to the cardboard. It was so stuck to the cardboard box, I almost thought the pizza had separation anxiety. So overall, pizza 10/10. Would buy again in the same condition. Now, for the crazy bread, I think they nailed it. That’s all I really have to say. And for the cookie dough M&M brownie, I loved how soggy the brownie was how unbearably stiff the cookie dough was. But in the end, I managed to get it down my system. That cookie dough was so good, I had to open my car door & went out this wet fart of wonder. So overall, Little Caesars, you did such a perfect job. <3

One of our orders took 45 minutes, the other took about 10, both placed at the same time and both were a deep dish and Italian cheese bread.
The deep dish pizzas were not made properly, they never are at this location. Detroit deep dish is meant to be square/rectangular with cheese all the way to the edges to caramelize, but what you get here is something between round and square and you will frequently see bread crust.
Please make the pizza right, it’s been well over a year since one has been made correctly and we’re coming less and less between that and the wait times.

Even after having seven employees in the store, the order still doesn’t get ready; we end up waiting almost 20 to 25 minutes, and the employees keep using their phones. Meanwhile, we, the DoorDash drivers, have a limited amount of time to pick up the order, but your employees don’t help here.

I called in an order for an hour later pickup. Order was not ready at correct time. After waiting 25 minutes past pick up time, order was still not ready and was obviously not prioritized. I was only able to grab 2 sorry looking “hot and ready” pizzas. My party event was ruined.

Staff was overwhelmed due to one of their ovens not working. Staff messed up the pizza that I ordered. Manager was unprofessional and rude. The manager was screaming at her staff for her own mistakes. She kept blaming the oven was broken and could not provide me with a refund. Manager informed me that she would have the order ready within ten minutes. I waited another 30 minutes and they still not have the pizza ready. When I asked again how long it would take, the manager told her staff that she didn’t care and did not have time for this. Then another female staff stated that the manager just barely put the pizza in the oven. I simply wanted a refund. A male staff member gave me cheese bread and wings instead. Very unprofessional of the manager to behave that way with her employees and customers.

Admittedly, I have not had Little Caesars in a long time especially after knowing how much sodium comes with those pizza but I really miss it so I finally got it after a few years.
It still tasted as good as it did back then! Being a petite lady, I can easily eat 4-8 slices of this because it is so dang good.
Delicious dough, perfect amount of cheese and sauce. I also love that I can do half toppings without additional charges, great for sharing. This place is better than so many non-chain pizza places!!

Just ordered pizza online at 6:40 and pick up time should be ready 7:03-7:08. And it not ready!!! Look they making pizza but not our order. They told me that we printed you ticket but for some reason we did not cook it. It’s ridiculous. Besides that while I was waiting I saw they kitchen is super dirty, they don’t use gloves and and they touching their phones and dirty stuff. I canceled my order and if you guys loves yourself don’t buy pizza there!
