Pretty fun place has lots of options. I would definitely say you could be a vegetarian and eat here. They have lots of different meats. Some that I wouldn’t try, but that was just me overall fairly happy with the experience. Our server was very friendly very nice very efficient never waited on anything. He took great care of us overall if you’re looking for a mix of the Korean barbecue and the hot pot, Nashville, Korean barbecue and hot pot is a great place very family friendly.

My daughter took me because I’d never been. I was so excited to try Nashville Korean BBQ and Hot Pot! They did not disappoint!!
First thing was the restaurant is beautiful inside and out.
Our hostess was very nice and took the time to tell me about the broths. My daughter and I had so much fun, the food was great! I tried so many things I’d never had before.
The sushi bar was also fresh and delicious! I can’t think of a more fun dining experience I’ve ever had. I was so glad that my daughter had been there before because the experience is best had with someone familiar with the techniques.
Everyone working there was also very nice. The restaurant is warm and welcoming.

We recently visited Nashville Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, and it was such a great experience! It’s newly opened, and you can tell they’re really trying to make it a top spot in town.
We chose to do the hot pot only, and it was absolutely worth it. The unlimited meat options were excellent, with great quality and plenty of variety. The broths were flavorful and rich — we tried the spicy broth and the seafood broth, and both were delicious and packed with flavor.
There was also a wide selection of appetizers and sushi, along with plenty of fresh raw meats to cook at the table. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared.
The servers were friendly, attentive, and very helpful in guiding us through the process, which made the whole experience even better.
Overall, it was a fun, satisfying meal, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend checking out Nashville Korean BBQ & Hot Pot if you’re in the area!

The best hot pot and Korean bbq buffet in town! Just make sure you go with an empty stomach. I like the fact that there’s so many options and you can pick whatever you want.

The manager Mike is absolutely phenomenal great customer service and attention to family. if you’re looking for a Korean BBQ experience that hits every single note, this place absolutely delivers. It’s away from the major tourist areas with plenty of FREE parking. You walk in and are greated by the friendly hostess. From there you are walked to your table where your waiter or waitress come and explain everything about your experience. After selecting your drink and broth, you walk around to select your items to add to your hotpot, your meat selections for the Korean BBQ, the sushi you would like, and it is all you can eat. I got the Kimchi broth and my son got the miso. We both enjoyed the rich flavors of all the food, and I can’t wait to bring my wife here to see what she thinks. I know she will love it!

We went there on the SOFT opening night. I am impressed that they have many things ready. Like all new businesses, they are still working out the kinks and having met the owner/ manager , things will get better. Their boba drinks set up is not ready yet and I hope they will have Korean side dish options (banchan) for the KBBQ. Their sushi selection is definitely a step up compared to Shabu Shabu. It has a great selection for meats, seafood and vegetable. They have 11 different soup broths to choose from. I had Tube Bone Broth for my hotpot. I like that the music is not overly too loud. They are pairing up experienced staff from a different location with new staff. They are all friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back.

Not smokey, good ventilation at each table and high ceilings. Couple of private rooms for large parties are available as well.
All the stuff I wanted like fish tofu, needle mushroom and watercress were present. Scallops, shrimp, beef marinated or plain, pork belly, short ribs, sliced meats for hot pot.
