Nara Ramen is an absolute gem. The ramen is rich, flavorful, and perfectly crafted — from the deep, comforting broth to the noodles with just the right bite. Every bowl tastes fresh and thoughtfully made, and it’s clear they take pride in their food.
The sushi is just as impressive. Fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor, it pairs perfectly with the ramen and really sets this place apart. You can’t go wrong ordering both.
On top of the amazing food, the staff truly make the experience. They’re friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. Great food, great sushi, and great people — Nara Ramen is easily one of the best spots around and a place I’ll keep coming back to.

Looking for a delicious sushi & Ramen spot? Here it is we tried several items like the avocado roll and the Idaho roll along with a few bowls of Ramen. The service we great and the atmosphere will nice. Definitely a return visit for us. We are gonna try the 65 dollar sushi boat . Cheers! Happy eats. See you next time Nara Ramen.

I love this place! The shushi is fresh tasting and the staff are very friendly for sure. Ever since the pandemic every place I’ve eaten has gone down hill with food and service, but not Nara! They amaze me every time I show up! Thank you for all your hard work and more than exceptional service.

Me & my mom were in a somewhat time crunch so we wanted something that we could get a quick in and out, but still something fancy, and Nara gave us both! The sushi was delicious, and the display was so cool! We got the Idaho Roll which was SO good, and the appetizers were amazing as well! We went on a Wednesday afternoon and got our food super fast, and the server was super sweet and had amazing recommendations. The pricing is also super good!

Food was pretty good. I would re-order (TO-GO) the sushi rolls I tried, the chicken curry was delicious and presentation was pretty cool, other than the fact that a piece of sushi almost got lost in the unnecessary amount of Kale garnish. However, the service was terrible. Absolutely terrible. I stood in the doorway for nearly 10 minutes, with 3 other groups, waiting for someone to even come over and greet us (there were multiple empty tables). Once we ordered, they brought out only the curry dish after about 35 minutes, to a table of 3, and we waited for another 20+ minutes (and had to ask) for the rest of our food. By this time the one person who ordered curry had eaten their food, so it wouldn’t go cold, and had to sit and wait while the other 2 of us hurried to finish ours because we had somewhere to be. No one came to check on us once we were given our food, we weren’t given dishes for our soy sauce, needed more water, etc. We had to flag our waiter down to get a box and a check. When he finally brought the device over to pay, he stood right over me while I was trying to figure out the tip and did not offer a receipt. We had no time to wait any longer at this point.

I had a wonderful early lunch at Nara Ramen. The restaurant has an open concept seating area and a full bar. The best part of my visit was my server Kale! Kale gave me recommendations on the variety of sushi rolls. I chose the Sweetheart Roll (salmon, whitefish, tuna and mango). The presentation was fabulous because it came with a smoking special effect. Kale also gave me some recommendations for Bobas and I tried the Coconut Mango which was delicious. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I understand Nara Ramen is very busy on the weekends, but if you don’t like crowds they provide take out. The menu offers so much I can’t do it justice, but you can check it out online. I recommend Nara Ramen and make sure to say hi to Kale!!

I loved the aesthetic of the place, everything was very nice and clean. The sashimi and sushi was absolutely divine. I was craving sushi so hard the day I went in and I was so satisfied leaving the restaurant. The service was fantastic, our waitress was super sweet and friendly. It was very pricey but I would say it was worth it!

Love everything about this place. Especially the food and drinks. The ramen is rich and delicious. I usually ask for a cup of hot water to add to my bowl if the salt level is too much for myself. The yuzu ramen is a lighter option with a citrusy taste that is very pleasing. The black garlic ramen is very bold and rich. Most of the bowls are well balanced. Sushi rolls are great, moist and full of flavors. Presentation is nice too. The drinks made with oolong tea are on the strong side, over brewed to the point of bitterness. Some tea less options are great though. Overall we keep coming back here.

Every time I find myself in any of the Nara ramen locations, I’m greeted with shining smiles and great art and atmosphere. Never an unpleasant moment while enjoying my favorite pick of Black Garlic tonkotsu ( I usually replace the pork for chicken as a personal reference) but delicious either way. I also enjoy there galaxy boba tea very refreshing and yummy with green apple flavoring / and don’t forget pop boba pearls mhmmm❤️ . A beautiful addition to the many other locations of Idaho. Yet to try the sushi but promising selection and classic yet new choices.
