The spicy tantanmen was incredible! It was loaded with rich flavor and a big portion. Service was quick and super friendly. The atmosphere was so cute. Will definitely be returning when I’m in Bismarck!

This place is totally cravable! Beautiful interior with cozy booth seating. We had the spicy beef ramen and the black garlic tonkatsu. Absolutely huge portions. The spicy beef was just the right amount of heat, broth was super flavorful and loaded with veggies and the beef was succulent. The black garlic tonkatsu was rich and garlicky and the marinated egg had a jammy yolk and fantastic texture. Our service was top notch and we can’t wait to visit again!

First time eating here was recommended by our son who loves Chinese/Japanese food. It was pretty good. Got the Tonkotsu ramen and galaxy tea in peach. The tea was amazing. I did love the ramen as well but there could have been just a little more flavor and actual tender pork belly instead of a dry overcooked piece of thin pork.

We stopped in for my daughters 17th birthday and it was an amazing visit! Food was 10 out of 10! I would highly recommend! Pork buns are the best I’ve ever had! Sushi is always amazing here! My daughters only ask on her birthday was to come to Nara and Amy and Rocky made it great! Thanks! We will be coming back in the future!

What most stood out to us was the customer service. I believe her name was Shonny? We was very welcoming and great at her job. She explained things well & was able to make us feel very comfortable ordering whatever we want and customize however we wanted
We got Shoyu Ramen, Cheese Foam matcha with Boba, brown sugar Boba and Takoyaki they all tasted decent;
They gave us to go cup for our Boba teas and serving was pretty quick as well. Wouldn’t mind coming back

I recently tried the spicy ramen and it completely exceeded my expectations. The broth was incredibly rich and full-bodied, with that deep savory flavor. The spice level was perfect enough heat to wake up the senses, but not so overpowering that it masked the taste. Instead, the spice actually enhanced the smoky, slightly sweet notes in the broth.
Overall, this was one of the most satisfying bowls of ramen I’ve had in a long time. If you’re a fan of bold flavors and comforting, premium-quality broth, the spicy ramen is absolutely worth ordering again.

Beautiful space, nicest in town. Came for lunch and was seated immediately, my spicy miso ramen was delicious, and was in and out rather quickly. The decor was very nice. I look forward to trying more food when I come back.

The server asked me if we needed anything as he collected our bowls, a Time Machine would be perfect so that I could back up and experience this again. I ordered the Spicy Tantanmen, the broth was rich and fulfilling with a heat that personally I enjoyed and still lingers on my lips just slightly. Depending on one’s exposure to heat it might be recommended to order ‘mild’ but as for myself off the menu was perfect.
The cuts of pork were perfectly meaty and marbled and cooked so as to have a crispness and not feel rubbery and gelatinous in my mouth.
I second the rave reviews I’ve heard from local family and I’m over the moon I’ve had the chance to experience this place myself. I hope it continues to receive all the support it needs to be successful and here when I visit again. Nicely done!
