It’s a Burger King. My burger was delivered cold, so that was interesting. The onion rings were also old and barely warm. The cookies, however, we’re pretty good. The beverage station was pretty dirty, but everything else was fine.

I came in to use the restroom and order food . It is over an hr before store closes and the have a sighn for restroom closed for cleaning. I asked the manager when it is going to be opened. He told me they are not opening because they are closing in a hour and have not started to clean the restroom yet. I asked if they have not cleaned it yet why I can’t use it the restroom. This makes no sense to me at all.

Wonderful experience! Food was fast and warm. Served how I like it. Restroom was clean and the entire place looked good. I couldn’t figure out how to get the self order machine to work so I placed my order the old fashioned way…with a person. Would visit again for sure and dine inside if time allows

Since when did Burger King in globe start promoting vaping inside the restaurant by workers that vape inside where customers eat and make tick tock videos to post! I guess this employee named Trinady Deacons doesn’t care about it’s employee policies or does it not matter to the boss there that she’s smoking in the restaurant while she’s working and posting videos on her tick tock! The food made me sick. N the ranch dressing was spoiled. Now I know why this place was empty.
Update.. decided to give this another chance. On 11/24/2025 we went n picked up order as driving to Show low Az. And once again to my disappointment the food was gross. The tots was cooked in old grease. The croissant nasty. The crust was old n hard.

They replaced all the people with machines. Gone are the days of customer service, gone are the “have it your way” days… They have been replaced by soulless corporate idiocy, and I’m not just talking about the CEO… No, I will not spend one more dollar at places that value profits over people, especially idiotic corporations that replace jobs with computers.

This is a nice Burger King, we stop here quite often when heading to Mesa or to the lake. So far the food has been hot and fresh, only issue we have is when you order fries or hash browns, they never fill the little bag or carton , as cheap as potatoes are full the darn bags and cartons quit shorting us on the darn fries. Other than that it’s a good place to eat. Plenty of parking and easy on and off highway.

The worst Burger King food I have ever had. Fries were old and had been sitting for a while. I threw them away. My grandsons bun was hard on the bottom bun. So griss.

To say the service is slow would be a compliment. I am fairly certain everything is made one order at a time because there is no other explanation for how long a simple burger and fries takes.
Besides the slow service… it’s typical Burger King quality food. Just be prepared to wait.
