The best Cajun restaurant Acadiana has ever had!!! Margaritas handmade with Kevin’s special recipe that beats ANY Mexican restaurant in town!! And the chargrilled oysters are to die for!
The atmosphere? Like going to MawMaw’s and PawPaw’s, everybody is family, except the food‘s even better!!!
And you might get lucky and catch Kevin playing his accordion!!! 10 gold stars!!!

The food was excellent the crabs were full and juicy, shrimp was so good . The potatoes were sliced and delicious fully cooked which was great corn was seasoned just right. The beers are cold the service is on point and the owner checks on you often . Live music Thursday to Saturday. This place is definitely one of our new favorites we will be back to try crawfish.
That for great experience.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I had Cajun Shrimp Po’boy sandwich. Bread was like garlic bread, homemade chips were soooo good! Hubby had loaded potatoe app, sliders & fries, he loved them! He said the donut was the best donut he’s ever eaten! “Out if this world!”
We definitely will be back!

The catfish HERE was the BEST I have EVER eaten ANYWHERE. … And I have eaten at a lot of the best seafood restaurants. Everything else was great as well. We had an assortment of appetizers and specialty drinks. I was impressed with this hole-in-one in the small town of Duson, LA.

This place is awesome! Beef tongue is on the menu every other Tuesday for lunch. Get it! I can’t image any tongue being better. Correction, any beef tongue being better! The fried shrimp were also excellent. Momma approved, so it has to be good!

It is often said that the best food is off the beaten path. That is certainly the case for Nat’s N’ Duson. It is a couple miles south of Interstate 10 about six miles west of Lafayette, Louisiana.

I had the Thursday lunch plate that included generous sized pork chop and mashed potatoes with seasoned corn and a garden salad and roll. The food was the perfect amount of spicy and overall very tasty.

If you are on the interstate and in the area and hungry, you would serve yourself well to stop in at this place. There isn’t much parking for 18 wheelers unfortunately because this would be an ideal place for them for a decent meal that might actually be fairly healthy.

Great food and atmosphere. There is a bit of room to dance, but Lord willing if the city of Duson could give him a bit more room for his dance floor, look out. But no major complaints. Everything was excellent!!!

My family and I visited Naq’s in Duson on a Saturday morning, and overall we had a great experience. We were seated quickly, which was nice, especially since the place isn’t very large—it’s cozy, so I imagine it fills up fast. Parking is limited, so that’s something to keep in mind if you’re heading there during peak hours.

There was a live band playing, which added to the atmosphere, but unfortunately, it was a bit too loud for our taste. We love live music, but we also like to be able to have a conversation at the table, and that was tough with the volume.

The menu is small but offers some solid breakfast options. While it doesn’t mention it, you can order a la carte—my son had bacon, eggs, and a biscuit, and everything came out just right. We ordered beignets for the table, and they were absolutely delicious—definitely a highlight for all of us. My father-in-law really enjoyed his Bloody Mary and the breakfast tacos, and I had the chicken cracklins and waffles, which were flavorful and satisfying.

Service was okay—not bad, but not great either. We weren’t offered any refills on our drinks, which was a little disappointing. That said, the staff was friendly and the restaurant (including the restroom) was clean.

Overall, Naq’s delivered a good breakfast experience, and I’m definitely interested in going back to try their dinner menu. If you’re in the area, it’s worth checking out.

Excellent food and service in a clean restaurant. Local beef, boiled crawfish and seafoods, etc. Acadiana’s newest Restaurant Music venue, located in Duson, LA about 1/4 mile off the Old Spanish Trail ( Hwy.90) that traverses along the railroad. Great Saturday brunch and mimosas.

Went eat lunch for my birthday after hearing great things about Naq’s… and let me tell you, the food did not disappoint. Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. We ordered the every stuff’s appetizer (Chicken wings, fried mushrooms, chicken cracklins, stuffed tator tots, and pepper jack boudin balls), fried shrimp and fish combo, and Philly cheesesteak poboy. We will definitely be back!
