Had an awesome experience at Naps this past week. Ordered 50 subs for our staff and without hesitation, the owners and staff provided an amazing experience from one small business to another. The guys helped us load up the car with all the hoagies and condiments. They were extremely polite and respectful. Our staff loved the food and are already asking when we are going to do it again! Great job!!!

The pizza is always freshly cooked so when you receive it, it’s hot. The pizzas are cooked perfectly with a nice crispy doe underneath and nice hot stringy cheese on top. Never is it soggy. They have really nice staff. Fair prices for the quality of the food, not super expensive. Nice clean tables to eat at or if you’re having take out they give you a nice box even for one slice. The bathroom is clean as well. They do take cash, Apple Pay, or credit/debit. Great place over all and will continue to eat here.

Update: I haven’t been ordering because the quality has went down, today order first time in a while. Total was 63$ on everything I got plus tip. This is my pizza, crust is completely burnt, didn’t want to replace and wait again so eating what isn’t burnt, no refund given.

100% understand why they’re voted best in pizza. this is EXACTLY what i mean when i say extra cheese. the worker was so nice , its a little pricey , $20.12 for the large extra cheese pizza and the drink came with it. not complaining tho , as per the five stars lol. very good and i love the late night hours.

I wanna start this by saying Naps is usually top notch food, but this time around was sub par. All we ordered was a big mouth burger with extra patties and a cheese pizza. We got the food and thought there was already a problem with the big mouth seeing as tho we had ordered extra meat and it only came with 2 extra patties (4 come normally, we got clarification but it only got worse). After starting to eat, getting my pizza out of the box it was no where near hot, probably closer to room temp. Then when it came to the big mouth burger, it was still pink in spots and you could pull the uncooked from the cooked (once again, this has never happened before when we’ve ordered). We’ve been ordering since February of this year, and this is the first time we’ve been genuinely disappointed.
