Pizza took 45 minutes to come, and arrived cold. The second pizza was not even ours. Called back they said they would fix it and then the manager called back to tell us we didn’t order extra pepperoni, which I’m aware of, but the person who KS employed there is the one who misheard me and I said it was suppose to be extra cheese and pepperoni, the pizza had no extra cheese or pepperoni. Rude customer service, rude manager, first time eating here while visiting family and definitely won’t be back. Plenty of other quality pizza shops in the area with a more professional customer service and management. Wings also were not even sauced all the way however they were decent in size.

I wanna start this by saying Naps is usually top notch food, but this time around was sub par. All we ordered was a big mouth burger with extra patties and a cheese pizza. We got the food and thought there was already a problem with the big mouth seeing as tho we had ordered extra meat and it only came with 2 extra patties (4 come normally, we got clarification but it only got worse). After starting to eat, getting my pizza out of the box it was no where near hot, probably closer to room temp. Then when it came to the big mouth burger, it was still pink in spots and you could pull the uncooked from the cooked (once again, this has never happened before when we’ve ordered). We’ve been ordering since February of this year, and this is the first time we’ve been genuinely disappointed.

Only gave it a 1 can’t you can’t do none customer service was awful places order over the phone they put it under the wrong name to start with we ordered a large pizza got home and the pizza was almost completely burnt called in and they said all they could do was discount our next order will not be eating there any more

Walked in, lady had a bad attitude towards customers when we said we were waiting on more people saying she was behind on orders. Stressed? Fair. But don’t direct towards customers. Found hair in our cheese sticks after the encounter.

Chicken Caesar salad was the worst I’ve had. They use parm cheese from a shaker. And iceberg lettuce. Cheap…..and charged $10 for a small! NOT WORTH IT

First we waited for 1 hour to get our food and then when the driver got here he told us he didn’t have our order and he would have to come back so we called and asked about it and they said that it was on the way back well we live 15 minutes away and the driver was back in 12 so how can he get there and back in this time. We get the food inside and the pizza is barely warm and the subs we ordered one was totally wrong so we call again and he said they would send us the one we wanted so we wait another 45 minutes to get that sub it was right but looking at the receipt and they charged us extra, we wanted a hot ham and cheese sub was charged for a cheesesteak sub 15.99 and then 3.99 for deli ham. This is not the first that this has happened to us so for us we will no longer order from there and will not recommend this place to anyone else either.

heres the deal, i ordered a pizza with extra sus, but when it arrived it was soo sussy. i loved it me and my crewmates were surprised that there wasnt an imposter. but very good pizza and fast service. better call the meeting and tell your friends about Naps Pizza. lol
