I took a bite of my spicy southwest chicken sandwich and realized there was wax paper inside it. It had been wrapped into the sandwich during preparation. This is a serious quality control and food safety issue. Thankfully I didn’t choke, but this could have been dangerous. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their food handling processes.

Food was good, as I expected. However after visiting the men’s room on my way out I would have changed my mind had I started there. Toilet seat was broken, urinal was out of order looked like for some time, the soap dispenser and paper towels were also damaged. This is not something that should fall on the employees, but rather management has severely dropped the ball. I would not go here again or recommend to others.

They really take the time to put their sandwiches, giant spuds and salads together with complete care; I’ve never been disappointed.
UPDATE 1/06/23: And another fantastic Salad from McAlister’s. Excellent customer service once again. They really take their time with their salads. They don’t just make a salad, they’re salad artists! I Highly recommend!!

The girls at the front counter are rude! I walked into the restaurant, and there were four young ladies at the counter. One girl was lying across the counter and didn’t acknowledge me. One is taking a customer’s order, and the other two are just standing in the back. I greeted everyone, but still received no acknowledgment. One of the ladies standing in the back finally asked, “What can I get for you”? When you come to the restaurant, don’t expect a friendly greeting or a warm welcome!

Took over 20 minutes to get my food and I only ordered a Cesar salad. The lady fixing drinks tried to give mine to 5 different people. The salad came out with sandwich sliced chicken instead of the grilled chicken I paid extra for. Customer service just overall was not good.

Terrible service. Not great food and not great atmosphere. I finished an appointment at the VA. Placed my order for 4 online on May 20 at 11:28. I arrived at this McAlisters at 11:55. They hadn’t even started. They said they were out of whatever bread for one of the sandwiches and were waiting for me to come in and tell them what to substitute. Didn’t make any of the rest of the order? I waiting ANOTHER 30 minutes for my order with NO apology. It wasn’t even busy (I know why now!!!) Then my Southwest Avocado salad had NO AVOCADO??? What the heck y’all? Do better. Please. Whoever is in charge needs to tighten up or get out.

They have to do better with communication. When I placed my order 2 other catering orders came through. Nobody notified me I over heard one of the employees tell someone. Some of us are on a time schedule and can’t wait . It would have been great to be notified. Someone else even asked about their order and the employee had this very rude facial expression. I am very agitated that I placed my order online ahead of time and still had to wait 30+ mins at the store for my food ! Then when the order was ready NOBODY TOLD ME ANYTHING ! It’s to many people in there for everybody to be walking around looking crazy not helping !
