Check out NappoTex, a pizzeria food truck run by a lovely couple. They are kind, care about their customers, and serve up tasty pies, especially Neapolitan style. But they make thin crust too.
I’ve enjoyed three pies from them: Burrata, Diavola, and Summer Time. They were all excellent. Before my trip to New England in August, I stopped by The Holly for a glass of wine and NappoTex for this Summer Time pie.
It was topped with fresh ingredients, such as grape tomatoes and bell peppers, and it had a creamy and salty element from the burrata. The fresh, torn rosemary was a nice touch, too, playing against the veg and salty olives. And the crust, oh the crust! T’was crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Finally, my “skin contact” wine was juicy and sweet.

I will always die on this hill, but seriously one of the best pizza place in Texas! The owners are super sweet, the food is fresh, and the location is amazing. Right next to the holly, so get yourself a wine to pair with it. Anytime someone ask for food recommendations I always say “Nappotex”.

So so worth the drive from Dallas! The Bianca prosciutto is a work of art. The pizza is made with the freshest ingredients that leave you feeling perfectly satisfied and refreshed after your meal.
