I ordered a cheesesteak with extra meat and cheese….the first thing I noticed was there was no extra meat and cheese. The filling was tasty but the bread was horrible. It was tough and chewy, definitely not what you expect, because the bread is usually the best part. I ended up scooping out the filling and eating it by itself. I definitely won’t be a repeat customer and can not recommend.

I can’t say enough there’s not enough stars to rate this place I was laid up in the hospital I ordered from doordash doordash took my pizza and never brought it to me …. the gentleman that works at Napoli’s went above and beyond, took care of the problem made me another Pizza brought it himself personally to my room the food is fantastic I will never go to another pizza place I have found a home thank you very much Napoli’s… I have not been to the restaurant to add a rating for the atmosphere but if the atmosphere is as good as the service it’s got to be five stars also…..Scott

There is definitely levels to this. There are pizza joints all over Anchorage and there is Napoli’s Pizza. I’ve been going to them for over 20 years and I have never been disappointed not one time guys are cool they’re laid back it’s awesome to see them bringing in the new generation and showing them the ropes and they’re doing awesome job also .Great customer service the pies are consistent the crust is next level good . Just waiting on them to bring out the stuffed crust and then I can say my life is complete

Coming from New England which has great pizza spots on every street corner, I was stuck ordering from the chains to get decent quality pizza up here or occasionally splurged to get Pizza Man. I had driven by Napolis numerous times and after I saw a IG food review from GuzzyGrubs, I decided to give it a try, and it did not disappoint. I highly suggest Napolis!

Went in for p/u, philly with ex(meat, cheese & mushrooms). Told them wanting to come back if the their business was as they say… definitely not. Having 3 boys we used to order from their, not anymore after this … Hard to find a good pizza/philly place that doesn’t rip you off. Seriously we order pizza etc weekly. Their loss. But be wear of these sneaky ppl changing more for you order. Why we quit year ago…same reason. CHECK YOUR ORDER WITH THEM !

Looking for a local pizza delivery place to break the national chain habit. Delivery was extremely fast and friendly. Great crust and great taste. Fresh garlic instead of pre-chopped/jarred was an especially welcome thing! A touch too much cheese to be supported by the thinner crust. Will order lighter cheese next time, but will order again!

I wish I could update from 5 stars to 2 stars. I’m not sure what has changed. The last 4-5 times we’ve ordered from we have been disappointed. I pay extra for the deep dish (thick crust) and the last 3 times we have had regular or thin crust. And tonight was just sloppy. Paid $29 plus a $6 tip for a hot mess of a pizza.
If you haven’t tried Napoli’s Pizza & Philly’s yet you’re missing out. My family has been ordering from them for more than a decade and it’s always been consistent. The flavor of the crust is out of this world! I started ordering the deep dish option (their version of it) because it’s so good. And their house made ranch is the best in town

We have been long time fans of Napolies and wouldn’t choose anyone else for our family pizza nights! In the 10 years we’ve been ordering from them, only 1 time was there ever an issue with our order but as soon as I called they told me they’d redo our pizza and it was ready when I got there 15 mins later. Unlike nearly every other business/restaurant (or grocery store for that matter) in town that’s inflated their prices since the pandemic, Napolies prices have remained the same without the quality or quantity suffering one bit. It’s affordable, family owned/operated and consistently provides excellent service…that is why we will continue to support this fantastic local business.

Delicious food with a variety of meal choices! Prices are great. Fast delivery. Delivery food is fresh and hot! Pick up order is available as well. Order online or call. My favorite pepperoni pizza, and chicken ceaser salad. Philly sandwiches are full filling as well.

I recommend the bread sticks with cheese. It’s basically a higher quality cheese pizza without sauce but it comes with a side of pizza sauce. Really good stuff. I also got the pepperoni deluxe which my family loved.
