I truly hate to leave this review but enough is enough. After my 3rd attempt to get take out and have a nice pizza we are giving up on Napoli. I’ve been a patron for 5 years and it has just gone down in overall quality, taste, and ingredients and their commitment to good pizza. This used to be our go to place for consistency but it just isn’t what it used to be. Sorry to say but my last 3 deliveries have come with the pizza soggy in the middle, burned in the ends (I order well done usually but my previous pie was burned), and as you can see from my latest picture no care in presentation. I recommend taking your business to the many other pizza spots that still give their all to the business, use quality ingredients and have consistency.

Ordered my food around 545 on uber eats, they don’t allow you to track since the store does the delivery so you don’t know where your order is. It’s now 7 and when you try to call the store no one picks up. I am unable to cancel my order without incurring a fee the cost of the meal itself. Based on the other reviews, it seems like this is a trend of theirs.

$3 per slice for Napoli’s pizza, I am happy and very proud to say the experience enhances the food and quality time spent inside. I myself have not tried any of the others options of their food, I could imagine how delicious they must be. #amazing

We love other Napoli locations. This location however sucked. We arrived 1 hour before close. We called ahead so the pizza would be ready when we arrived so we could get out quickly and not hold up staff wanting to go home. When we arrived, we were told we could not sit inside and eat our pizza because they were getting ready to leave. Mind you, it was exactly 1 hour before close and they only have 2 small tables and 8 chairs total , 400sq feet! I was then handed a box of pizza and told me and the kids could go eat outside. I have never been treated this horribly. We sat outside and attempted to eat the pizza. I had to go back in and ask for plates and a spatula. I was reluctantly given one with the condition that I bring them back in asap. I will never go back to this location. I hope Telni, the owner, handles this.

One of the worst pizza places in naples! As a business owner I hate to write negative reviews, but stay far away! Ordered $150 worth of food and no one ate anything! Vodka sauce looked like Alfredo, it was white (pure cream). The lasagna was pure salt. Will not return.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE. We have been customers of Napoli on the Bay for years. However, this one just does not have delivery down. I ordered two pizzas tonight at 7:11pm. It is now 8:59pm. I was on the phone with the restaurant asking where the pizzas were when the delivery guy arrived. The woman on the phone was telling me, “We got busy,’ as the reason the pizzas aren’t hear and telling me the driver is the manager, so talk to him about making this right. The driver told me there would be no charge – but also that he isn’t the manager and doesn’t even work at this store. Then I realize he’s only handed me one pizza. I ordered two. I checked the one he gave me. It had another customer’s name on it and wasn’t my order. It’s now 9pm. My kids needed to have eaten long ago and gone to bed (tomorrow is a school day) and I’m trying to scrounge up dinner for them.

Worst pizza I have ever had! I grew up in Brooklyn and have a lot of experience. Too much mozzarella & soggy crust. I know they have other stores and I cannot comment on them but this one you can skip. Sorry Napoli.

Well! I am from Philly and we have the best cheese steaks in the world. In Florida at Napoli the worst,chipped beef tiny 15.00 cheese steak. It was awful flavorless,and had about 3 ounces of whatever they call the meat they use. I cannot believe the cost vs content. Never again! The Pizza for 15.00 was small! 15 dollars for what. Taste was ok ,but size vs cost ridiculous

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I ordered a pizza for pick up 3 years ago and it was hardly cooked and the worst pizza I ever had. Now 3 years later I gave them another shot only because the original location did not have delivery which I needed on this occasion. I ordered delivery and received a call from my guard gate they were here yet 15 minutes went by and no pizza arrived. After calling them to find out what happened they said they would get it to me and that the driver had dropped it but it wasn’t there. I have dogs that alert me when people come up to my door but nothing! The guy then calls me back and tells me he has a picture of my door mat and it was dropped so he would not refund me. But he refused to send me the picture to confirm it was my mat. Shady people at this location. I will get my money back despite what this guy is trying to pull but don’t deal with these people is my advice.

Went into for a couple slices, 3:30 on a Sat afternoon, As I was going in a guy coming out said “Good Luck”. Had no idea what he meant. Well, went in said I want 2 slices and drink, the order person said wait a minute, went to 4 different folks asking something, after 10 minutes and I mean 10 minutes, e is still waking around with no answer, I said forget it, there was not a single customer in the store. This is what the owner gets for putting a bunch of young lazy kids in there running a store. The owner needs to hire an adult, that speaks English, and has a work ethic. To many other good pizza places to deal with this dump.
