We came here to celebrate a big work win last week. Ben was our servicer and he was superb. The food and wine was fantastic. The four of us all got different dishes and everyone was pleased. I had the yellow fin, it might be the best yellowfin I’ve ever had. This is by far my favorite spot in St Louis!

We had a family dinner here on Friday while we were in town for a sporting event, and walking into the dark, cool ambiance after a long drive into St. Louis was instantly relaxing.
The service was firing on all cylinders. Our server was fantastic—quick with drink orders and confident with recommendations. The bourbon menu was spot-on. The Maple Bacon bourbon was incredibly smooth, blending perfectly with the bitters and fruit. It didn’t have an overpowering bourbon bite, and the balance of flavors really made it stand out. The custom ice cube with “Napoli” inside was a classy touch.
Now for the food… wow.
The filet was cooked nearly to perfection. It’s rare to find a restaurant that consistently nails a medium plus steak, but Napoli delivered.
The Veal Piccata was sliced to the ideal thickness and, while slightly less tender than I prefer, still soft enough to cut with a fork. The lemon butter caper sauce was mild. I personally would have loved a bit more lemon to really elevate the dish, but it was still flavorful and well done.
I can’t speak for everyone in our group, but this was one of my favorite dining experiences in St. Louis. I’m a huge fan of eating on The Hill, but Napoli’s combination of service, drinks, and menu choices will absolutely keep me coming back.

Stopped by for a light dinner and had such a lovely experience here. The service is top notch. Highly recommend the beef carpaccio. The expresso martini was to die for. And the black forest cherry cake we had for dessert was absolutely divine.

I love Napoli 3 !! I have been there twice now and I am so satisfied every time I leave. The atmosphere is great and it is perfect for any occasion. We were celebrating our anniversary and got a complimentary champagne toast and cheesecake! The food is AMAZING and I can’t wait to go back. Food can be pricey (not in a bad way) but absolutely worth every penny. The two servers I have had there have been so great. I will always recommend!!

At the time of drink requests, I asked if they had a wine with chocolate notes. Our wonderful Waitress, Jessica said she wasn’t sure, but instead of brushing it off, she went the extra mile and returned with an amazing wine that fit the description perfectly.
We initially declined her dessert offer, insisting we had no room left for it. And to our surprise, Jessica presented us with a delicious cheesecake in celebration of our Anniversary and my husband and I ate it all, to our surprise!
Our dining experience at Napoli III had the level of care and attention that was so exceptional we instantly made plans to return .

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting this establishment, and from start to finish it was truly a 10/10 experience! Our server, Roberta, was nothing short of magnificent — professional, attentive, and so knowledgeable. Every recommendation she made was perfection, and I enjoyed every single bite.

This was my third visit and every single time has been fantastic! Excellent service and atmosphere but the food is above top notch every single time! The scallops melted in your mouth. Cooked to perfection! The meatballs. The oysters. Go there and try it all! Can’t wait to return!

Had lunch here for the first time. Service was great and friendly staff. Food was good and presentation was nice but nothing spectacular that gives the “WOW! This is the best Italian I’ve ever had” effect and justifies the price. However, im critical of any Italian restaurant in the St.Louis area considering we have the Hill. Is Napoli 3 better than many Italian restaurants found on the Hill? No. Is it a better place to get Italian food than most places outside of the Hill? Yes. The atmosphere is nice but Olive Garden has more of an Italian feel than Napoli 3. Napoli 3 feels like a restaurant that serves some Italian dishes and not an Italian restaurant. Rissoto on the menu is usually a sign you’re at a legit Italian restaurant. No Rissoto here. With that said, food was ok, service was top notch and atmosphere was meh. All in my humble opinion.
