Excellent pizza, excellent ambiance, perfect noise levels, dessert was a miss.

The pizza was pretty much exactly what we were looking for. Great toppings used, crust was incredible.

We loved sitting next to the mural of SF. It felt like a nice local treat.

The music and lighting were soft, and everyone was talking at a very nice and low volume as a result. This was really nice and we immediately noticed it.

The dessert was not properly prepared, but I believe that was an error on the chefs my particular night (Tues Feb 10th). They purchase from what I understand to be a reputable Italian commercial dessert company (Bindi), but usually it’s supposed to be unpackaged and finished in the kitchen. Instead, it was served directly in the plastic container with no changes.

From the menu, we were looking forward to the chocolate garnish that was supposed to be added, which makes me think this was not a usual error to happen. I.e., they planned it as a dessert that would be properly served and finished.

We were planning a clean 5 stars before the dessert, but docked one on service for that.

Pretty tasty and chill pizza spot. I liked both the margherita pizza and the fungi pizza. Both tasted really good and were cooked really nicely. It had both the sauce and the crispness that pizza requires

Service was also really fast and attentive. After ordering the pizzas came out nice and quickly.

Overall it was a nice pizza experience and would definitely come back and try other pizzas.

Extremely tasty food! This is not the Cheesecake Factory so don’t expect 10,000 choices and the ability to modify the food.

Our party of 3 adults and 2 kids were all happy with our food.

The only small “issue” is that we tried most of their desserts and one of them (I forget which one) was just OK while the other 3 of 4 were fantastic.

We have been coming here for years and it is still the best pizza on the Peninsula. Good salads as well, but the pizza is what this is about.

The is true Napoletana style pizza and designed to be eaten fresh out of the oven. You can get it to go but you are degrading the experience. If you are looking for thick crust American style, this will not be a good fit.

Limited wine selection.

Our sausage and mushroom pizza was soggy. The sausage and broccoli rabe pizza was better. But no crisp crust. The tricolore and house salad were good. The tomato in the caprese salad seemed like bland supermarket tomato. The shredded parmesan in it seemed to be packaged, but I could be mistaken. The tiramisu was not very good. I really wanted to like this restaurant, as it’s quiet and low-key and has a simple menu that is focused on pizza, pasta, and salad, rather than meat heavy entrees. However, I would not choose to come back for the pizza alone. Our server was great.

Mixed reviews. My wife and daughter liked it, but I really disliked it. My pizza has a pool of liquid in the middle. Unacceptable, and I’ll likely never get pizza again if we go back, only pasta. Daughters was good, and my wife got pasta, which was very good. They should market as an Italian restaurant, it would set proper expectations.

Authentic Neapolitan pizza. Easily one of the best I’ve had in the United States so far. The dough is excellent, and the olive oil on the table is a nice touch. Prices are fair for the quality and location. The local is small and cozy. Highly recommended.
Only comment is that it could be used a tomato/mozzarella with lower moisture since the pizza had a little too much water when it was out of the oven.

This is the only restaurant I get pizza on the peninsula anymore. Wood fire cooked and ready in 5-10min. Crust has a perfect chewy quality. I haven’t tried the rest of the menu but dishes look great when I come in to pick up my pizza. The space is small but the pizza is outstanding.

Have to admit, for a vegetarian, getting the names of the Pizzas and which is the right one was a bit of an effort and that’s why i cannot name which vegetarian pizza this is. Maybe if the establishment reads this, they can reply so i know what to say next time when i order this. It was a yummy pizza with cheese in the crust.

There was some mix up on the vegetarian pizza i ordered (perhaps it was my mistake) but i felt the service of the place was quite top notch. The serving staff, i felt, was attentive and considerate. This vegetarian pizza i ordered was damn yummy and even the crust was filled with cheese. The crust with cheese tasted really nice. I was hesitant to get a pizza with crust also filled with cheese but it tasted so good that next time i am going to maybe order this same one.

I live a few miles away from Mountain View so that’s a bit of a bummer, it takes about 12-13 minutes to get to this place. Maybe i will move closer to this outlet 🙂

Overall, thank you, Napoletana Pizzeria. Stay this way, kind and considerate for the customer – churning out yummy pizzas. God bless.

Mid food, pretty nice service, the kitchen is relatively clean. The service is slow.

The pasta red sauce is over salted, and there are still ice chunks in the bottom of the tiramisu.
