We are changing our name from Le Petit Cochon to Napa Flats Bistro, but we are not changing our commitment to creating a memorable dining experience in an intimate setting. Our chef and team will continue to focus on delivering a great dining experience with a creative menu and flavorful dishes. We are blending our popular items from Le Petit Cochon with our best-selling menu items from Napa Flats. This change will add more diversity to our menu and offer more value to our customers. This change also offers popular To-go food items like pizza and pasta that are the choices of families. We now have a familiar easy-to-say name that our friends can pronounce-Napa Flats Bistro. We had many questions about the menu and she went out of way to not only give us recommendations but also gave us GREAT descriptions of the menu and everything we ordered was 100/10! Colton Sullivan was an excellent server! He was not only thoughtful and kind but so personable. He made a great suggestion for the cordon bleu which we had a common fondness for because my husband’s mother use to make it for him, and Colton’s did too! Also don’t forget the Raclette! We had a wonderful experience at Napa Flats Bistro thanks to Megan. My husband, my two girls, and I came in for dinner, and she made our night so enjoyable.
She was pleasant, attentive, and brought our food out on time. She kept our drinks refilled and made sure we had everything we needed. What really stood out was how kind and personable she was. My girls loved her and immediately started chatting with her. She was so friendly with them and with us.
We will definitely be requesting Megan next time we come in. She was a pleasure to have as our waitress.

Wonderful food. I came here alone as a little self treat and the waitress humored my stories of work. She was very attentive and kind. My favorite food was by far the dessert, it was so sweet and chocolatey–I just wish it had a little more fruit to cut through the chocolate with. Would return if I’m ever back in Texas

Had a lovely seat at the bar with Megan and Ekaterina! Delightful food – perfectly cooked and served in quick time. The filets were cooked perfectly to order and were so very flavorful! The pasta and meat sauce was delicious. The Brussels Sprouts are fabulous.

I decided to book a table here for our first wedding anniversary. It was amazing. The service was great, Nicole did a very great job! I loved her. The food was hot and delicious. I’ve never had Duck Confit before or ratatouille and they were to die for and my husband loved his steak! Definitely 10/10!
