I absolutely love Dutch bros and I go to the Andover location quite often. I went to get two drinks and the one I ordered for myself was 75% ice with very little of the actual drink itself in it. When you’re paying over 6 dollars for a drink there should not be that much ice and I’ve gotten this drink before and never had any problems. I thought I said light ice but I could be mistaken and the other drink that was ordered had half the amount of ice that mine did needless to say I’m just a little disappointed.

I LOVE this Dutch Bros! I was a die hard Duncan fan and they kept messing up my drink so now I’m a die hard Dutch Bro fan! This place is located tight across the street from.l the YMCA. The peeps that work there are my kind of people! They talk to you and make you feel like you matter. Whem my daughter, son-in-lovr and glamkids came from Virginia for a week long visit, this is the first place I took them to because they don’t have one in their town.after they left. The staff remembered and asked about my family. everyone there cares.I order a golden eagle with caramel in the cup and whipped cream on top and every single time it is creamy, smooth and delicious! For a tangy fruity drink I recommend the vampire slayer made with lemonade. Yum! Just go! You won’t be sorry!

Re edited; I went recently and they had since apologized for the mistake and I appreciated that they recognized me as a regular and the past few times I’ve been the drinks have been great!
Old review; I love Dutch bros but there have been a few times my drinks have been messed up, I always order ahead and I specifically like my drink to be extra sweet as I am not a huge fan of strong coffee tastes, but it’s not a huge problem if they forget. BUT today I wasn’t happy, I ordered my iced coffee and got a blended mocha for my fiancé with extra shots like he likes it, totaling his drink to have 7 shots total and for my iced coffee to be extra sweet as usual. I pick up my drink and noticed it wasn’t extra sweet, which was fine if it was forgotten again but my fiancé tried his blended mocha when I brought it to him and tried my drink and said mine had way more coffee in it than his, I couldn’t tell at first but I think they ended up giving my iced coffee the extra shots. The only way I really know is because if I have more than 4 shots of espresso then I get really tired or even become susceptible to panic attacks as I have adhd and anxiety, well after I finished my coffee, not an hour later I started becoming really tired and It was hard to focus at work in that condition. I don’t like complaining because I understand mistakes happen but that’s a big mistake if I was given way too many espresso shots without my knowledge, if I had any more caffeine previously this morning then I could’ve been worse off. Other than that, they are usually pretty nice and the prices are great for what you are getting, just please, don’t give the wrong drink the wrong amount of espresso.

peppermint hot chocolate was a great recommendation from the lovely staff person. my only complaint is not ordering a large. would come by again!

I ordered ahead since I work nights. Well tonight my drink wasn’t even ready. I had to wait for it. I like to order ahead so I dont have to wait and I can get to work on time. Sometimes when I do order ahead and I get there I have to wait a bit because I dont see anyone working or at the window. One time I showed up and two workers I guess where hanging out on the floor. They popped up and gave me my drink. I dont know if I need to honk when I dont see anyone or knock on the window. It’s happen a handful of times. But I was kinda upset tonight that I needed to wait when I ordered way ahead and pick up was at 9:30. And I got there on time.

This is the nicest staff I’ve ever experienced at any Dutch bros! They even had a fun poll question of the day which I thought was super creative and fun! I will definitely be coming back to this location again. I got a sugar free pink flamingo rebel.
