Not the worst place just not better then Dave’s Hot Chicken and Assad’s Hot chicken. I got a spoonful of coleslaw on my sandwich and if one pickle is one policy then I think you should change that. Chicken tender is smaller compared to other places.

Really enjoyed Nanu’s and that’s why the 5 stars! I do have two gripes but my own personal thing. Got the #1 combo meal and the chicken sandwhich was perfect but gripe #1…I ordered it with Reaper heat and it was as weak as the elastic band in my 10 year old underwear!!! I like things really hot, like my sister-in-laws…my wife thinks I stay for her, poor girl!! Again, it was cooked perfect though!! Gripe #2…the fries were not my style but good!!! The meal was very good and really priced right!!! I absolutely recommend you trying Nanu’s!!!! I have a feeling Nanu’s will be clucking around on 420 for a long time to come!!!

The sandwiches are huge and packed with flavor, the loaded fries are insanely good, and the shakes are divine. Genuinely the rudest and slowest service i have ever experienced. No communication whatsoever and I’m not sure if it’s because they don’t speak English or what, which would be perfectly fine if they made any attempt to communicate whether that be with gestures or simple phrases. Every time we have come here we see our food just sitting behind the counter as the men talk and take other orders. No explanation on this either, like why is it ready in the bag just sitting there? They completely messed up our most recent order and refused to issue a refund as well. Our food was cold by the time we received it because the incompetent employees just let it sit for 15 minutes behind the counter. They also messed up the orders of everyone else who was behind us. Disgraceful business practices not going to lie, but fortunately the Nanu’s Hot Chicken located in Ardmore has much better staff and management.

Truly depends on the day you order I guess . First ordered on a Saturday and it was amazing. I was so happy to have an awesome HOT chicken place here locally. Then I ordered for the second time, yesterday, a Thursday and it was the most bland, almost stale, cooked-long-ago-and re-heated chicken, I ever had. Very disappointing. I’ll probably try again at some point and good luck to everyone else ordering. Hopefully you get the good cook !

Last night me and my boyfriend ordered (3) menu items food wise and (2) beverages. Overall the food was decent but we were disappointed once we got home to realized the order was wrong. We had ordered (2) 2 chicken sandwiches with fries meals and (1) chicken tender wrap. When getting home we thought they gave us the wrong order even though he said my name for the pick up order because I did not have the wrap. They gave me a Nanus #1 meal instead. (I would like to clarify the receipt on the bag said Nanus #1 but my receipt said chicken tender wrap – everything else reflected the same) It was too late to go back and see if they could give me the correct item and inconvenient. Overall I’d say 6/10.

Whoever I talked to on the phone was great. Long day traveling for work. Got in right before they closed for the night and ordered via DoorDash. Dasher seemed to have enjoyed my order for himself unfortunately as it never showed up. I called in and they didn’t owe me anything, given it wasn’t their fault, but he hooked me up with some leftovers and it was great. Very impressed.

Overcharging KIDS? Really?How does $14.99 + $12.99 somehow turn into $31.43 ? Even with $2.24 in tax? The math doesn’t add up. I have the photo and receipt saved, and it clearly shows an extra dollar added that doesn’t match the listed prices. It’s not about the dollar. It’s the principle. If this happens regularly to people who don’t look closely at their receipts, that adds up fast and takes advantage of customers. Its not a coincidence that those taken advantage of happen to be young customers either. Businesses should show honesty and transparency, not rely on people missing small overcharges. Please check your receipts carefully if you eat here; teach your kids to be careful as well. Every overcharge adds up.
