I’ve been coming here for about 20 years and came back here recently for a visit.
I think the crust of the pizza used to be better. With toppings, the pizza becomes soggy very easily and the crust is less crispy than I remember.
It’s best if you order plain cheese or white pizza, so the base doesn’t become soggy and the crust remains crispy.

The pizza is first-class here. In fact, I would go as far as stating it’s some of the best I have sampled in Rockland county. But don’t take my word for it……you have to try it for yourself……The menu is extensive, the prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent.
Totally recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to sample the full menu.
Update: Everything I have tried here is truly superb….the meat balls, the chicken parm, and today the chicken salad. Being English I love great food……..this place really is in a class of its own.

I heard they make really good pizza, but I tried the salad instead with a glass of sparkling wine. The salad was delicious, it’s a historic spot, old pictures of actors and singers, nice atmosphere.

Been meaning to review this establishment for some time now, having made the trip from North Jersey, multiple times, recently (including once when we *should have* been in Ireland , but, eventually, ended up returning from Newark due to what United seemed to consider “extreme weather”, instead, heading here one of those originally planned days); somewhat cramped and dark, along with their pies taking longer than most similar places, hence the slight downward rating bump, but, otherwise, great, both, food, as well as service

Had the mikes hot pizza, pretty good bar pub type pie. Fish and chips were bland. App sampler was good especially the fried ravioli.

Held a celebration of life for my father here last night. The staff and management were so accommodating and helpful both last night and in the planning. Had about 50 people in attendances and the service was everything we could have asked, not to mention amazing food!

Eh. Best way to describe it. I have come here twice now, and both times it took forever to get my food (and both times, I ordered a wrap and a salad). The ham and cheese wrap was decent, on the smaller side. The fries were cold, like they’d been sitting out for a while. I guess you have to stick to pizza, wings, and beer here, otherwise it’s not worth the price.
