You’ll be picking your food up (cuz it’s not a sit-down place) from a shed-type building, so be prepared for that. But, it’s so worth it!
The owner is a sweet Thai lady, and her food is excellent. And since it’s Fredericksburg, it’s a great option that at isn’t the Main Street usual fare. I had the Tom Yum soup and Thai fried rice. The flavors were aromatic and delicious, and I could taste the delicious spices. If you have a jonesing for Thai while in FBG, you won’t go wrong picking up from Nan’s.

Absolutely delicious and authentic Thai food! We were visiting from Austin and decided to order in for a relaxing night by the pool. Tried a bit of everything—veggie egg rolls, chicken wontons, chicken Pad Thai, green curry, and Pad Kee Mao. Everything was super fresh and perfectly spiced. Highly recommend Nan’s if you’re in town!

Got Nan’s Thai To Go delivered via Favor for dinner. Ordered Thai fried rice, Thai dumplings, and Veggie Egg Roll. Dumplings were my favorite, but all was good. Would have liked much more spice on the fried rice, but overall it was much better than I expected for Thai delivery in Fredericksburg Texas.

It’s to go . No atmosphere is needed. Should have called in my order as my wife and I sat in our car waiting 20 minutes for our food . The wait isn’t a problem except it’s pretty hot here in summer. The food was great . Thai dumplings- exceptional (add a pinch of salt to see them blossom). My wife had pad Thai, and I had the red curry(chicken). Delish ! Thank you , Nan. Hope you get a brick and mortar, but I actually enjoyed trying to find you . Will return!

This Cloud Thai Kitchen in Fredericksburg was underwhelming. Ordered the Pad Kee Mao — it was just okay and not worth the price. Not planning to go back.

I found this place on google. We have tried it a few times. We love the Thai dumplings and I really love the pineapple curry. It’s different, fresh and delicious. I’m sure we will be back to try more! The kitchen is beautiful and clean. The owner is always very nice. The staff is kind and they offer to bring your food to your vehicle while you wait. Thank you!

Delicious Pad Thai with Tofu and the veggie egg roll was really good too. The pick up was seamless and the kitchen is spotless. We will make this a regular meal for our family.

This is a “to go” place only, and the (emaculatly clean) kitchen is located in a wharehouse district. You call your order in and pick up and they will bring your order to your car. Fresh and hot, quality great food. This was our first visit, and we are locals. Met Nan the owner, and she loves what she does, and it is her dream to open a restaurant here someday. We got the dumplings, Thai fried rice with chicken, panang curry with chicken, beef pad kee Mao and and all were delish! Good size portions too. Highly recommend trying this place, you will not be disappointed. Will be trying the pad thai next visit.

Meet Nan. No, I mean MEET Nan. When you walk into Nan’s you will be greeted by the view of a working kitchen and a smiling face. We enjoyed the food so much that we went twice on our road trip: once on the way out and then also on the way home. The food tastes homemade because it is made by hand, every order, every time.
We had the dumplings, basil chicken (tofu instead of chicken) and pad kee mao (drunken noodles if you dont know) on the way out. All were fresh and full of flavor. We forgot to ask for SPICY but Nan still brought us a side of her spicy fish and lime sauce which helped turn the heat up some.
Second meal was veggie rolls, green curry, and pineapple curry. We remembered the spicy request. Rated at an 8 out of 10 on Nan’s scale, it was spicy and VERY tasty. Most folks would probably be in a bit of discomfort at an 8, but I will ask for “thai spicy” next time. The curries were fantastic!
There isn’t a dine in option. It is Thai to go exactly as the name says. The street it is on is not busy, so it was great to just sit in our truck and eat. Nan hand delivered both meals to us at our truck too!
We plan to make it our stop everytime we are in Fredericksburg. If you are in town, go eat! It’s good. Remember to ask to make it spicy!
