PERi-PERi, also known as the African Bird’s Eye Chili, is the key to our legendary, South African flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken. We mix PERi-PERi with salt, garlic, lemon, onion, oil, and vinegar to make our signature sauce. Then we marinate our chicken in it for 24 hours. You choose the heat!

We had a family lunch here to celebrate my son’s high school graduation. He chose the place and I had emailed them ahead of time to see if they could seat a table of 10. They could not have been more accommodating. They had a table ready for us and on the table was a gift basket with a graduation balloon, candy and 2 bottles of their signatue sauce. My son was thrilled. The food was delicious and came out fast and hot. Everyone was super impressed with the place and the people who work there — many of whom stopped by the table to welcome us and thank us for choosing to spend our son’s graduation there. HIGHLY IMPRESSED!!!!!

Service is terrible!!! My friend and I came here for happy hour. There’s no formal waiters. You have to order everything online. And on top of that — the manager refused to serve my friend and I (both over 21) drinks because they had “duplicate licenses” in the system. We’ve never been here before. Slow service and a waste of time. Won’t be coming back.

Very small portions, so if you’re really hungry definitely get some more. I ordered the chicken thighs hot, sweet potatoes and Cole slaw. I also got the pineapple lemonade with was more pineapple flavor than lemonade. I got all the sauces, the extra hot was amazing, sour and hot at the same time. It was good enough. Other than that they forgot my sides so I had to go back in to get the rest which they were happy to complete my order and apologize .

I do want to preface that my ratings are solely on the experience I had with the manager. I’m local and have been coming to nandos for years and I have never had a terrible experience until recently! I had placed a to-go order and waited for my beverage. The individual who took my order was busy with other tasks so I waited before speaking to the next team member who happened to be the manager. I showed him my receipt and informed him that I had yet to receive my mango lemonade and had been waiting for a while. So I asked if he could please get my drink since the other guy was busy to which he responded “can you wait, he will help you” and pointed to the guy who took my order. However when a light skin young lady interrupted the line to ask for her missing fries, he went out of his way to help her and let the kitchen know. I just want to say, your staff went above and truly beyond unlike you and it shows your deep embedded colorism SIR. Leadership isn’t just for the status or pay, please learn to help, elevate and SUPPORT your team members as that is the foundation of your position!! Have some respect and tone down the audacity, cause Juneteenth just around the corner my guy!

The food was luke warm. We sat with our food and without the drinks we ordered for over 20 minutes. The waiter didn’t check on us and I had to find someone and let them know. The glasses that were provided to drink water from were very visibly dirty. When I was informed they ran out of the lemonade I wanted, I requested to get a cocktail instead. I was immediately told with grave concern that I wouldn’t be allowed to exchange it as if I presumed I didn’t have to pay the difference. The food was not good. I used to enjoy this restaurant, but the food and service has dramatically declined.

I love Nando’s so much! I eat here all the time, literally everything on the menu is delicious! The skewers are my favorite, but I also really like their bowls and chicken thighs. The side are also delicious (if anyone from management is reading this, I miss the brussel sprouts), I love their corn (not pictured), mashed potatoes and garlic bread. And clearly, their sangria is also amazing, as I get it every time lol! This is definitely one of my favorite places to eat!

Great place for lunch. I enjoyed the 2 legs of chicken flavored mango-lime. Perfectly cooked with crispy skin. The side mixed green salad included visible chunks of cucumber and tomato with a light vinaigrette dressing. A tasty filling healthy meal! My friend really liked his Hot Thigh and Mighty Sandwich which met his criteria for spicy without searing. The accompanying coleslaw provided the appropriate amount of counterbalance.

Great and clean place, convenient and fast service! It won’t take too long for your food to be ready whether you are dinning in or carrying out. Chicken is soft and tasty. The establishment is clean and well organized. International music is played so it goes well with the decor. My only remark would be that servers need to be more attentive and true they tend to talk to each other. Beside that, the price is right for the portion you get. I just hoped they wouldn’t charge customer for their perionaise sauce!
