Whatever they sold to me was not what expected, the meat was small that the usual, they added lil bit of sauce. It wasn’t appetizing shoulf have went to Pedros ♂️. I always buy Nandos meal whenever I’m this but this is something else. You’ve lost a customer.

Terrible service. Order was placed for sit down. Staff forgot to bring the food to the table. After 45mins a waiter came to check on us, he went to get the food but it was cold. Took another 15mins to be returned hot.

The reception was good. We ordered a full chicken with 3 sides, including a stoney 1.5 cool drink of which we found was not sparkling. Upon seeing this we requested it gets changed, then we were helped by a rude and arrogant manager. The waitress was fairly pleasant and what came after was the most nonsensical thing I’ve ever been exposed to. I’m dining in and I want to order and I’m asked to go que with people getting takeaways. I’m very confused about this payment system and in turn I end up just getting juice because I don’t understand this logic. Top it off the ventilation was very off as there was smoke all over.
