Me Plus a Million
Long wait just to order in drive through: car ahead of me was already there when I pulled up and I could see that the driver was making frustrated gestures. Five minutes after waiting, he finally left and went and parked in. The parking lot went inside. I pulled up to the drive-through and no one ever came on the microphone. After about another three minutes I started saying “hello hello is anyone there is anyone there” and then I could see someone in the window putting their microphone on. She was nice.
I’ve been coming to this particular building for burgers, my entire life. The new drive-through entrance is not clearly marked. You’ll have to figure it out and make sure you’re paying attention and you pulling on 10th St.,
The chili dog was a sloppy mess that is impossible to eat with a tiny plastic fork. I definitely don’t recommend that I will never order that again. The onion rings were burned. They were not soft at all. They were extremely crunchy and burnt to the point that the onion head pretty much disintegrated on the inside.
The milkshake was the only thing I really enjoyed. That whipped cream was delicious.

We initially stopped here because my husband was craving a burger and wanted a place with AC. We were so blown away by this place that it will be our new stop whenever in the area or headed to the coast. The employees were very friendly and efficient, the food was out of this world impressive especially for the price! Huge portions, too. The chicken strips were so good! The burger amazing! Couldn’t stop eating the fries with fry sauce and my husband said his milkshake was killer. I tried his chili dog and wasn’t impressed. He seemed to be bummed he didn’t get a burger like he originally wanted. Overall 20/10 otherwise!!

Unbelievable! The fries would feed four people maybe five and that was just a regular order. I can’t imagine what the large order would look like the burger was as good as it gets. It would put any of the In-N-Out Smashburger shake shack to shame you gotta stop here.

Hey so maybe dont advertise with a picture of a fully dressed sandwich then only send someone meat and bread. This is definitely not a 10 dollar meal. Your options menu should be for removing items not for having to build an ENTIRE sandwich.
Oh and I do NOT appreciate your INCREDIBLY condescending tone in which you replied with. Practically every restaurant out there serves sandwiches already with the classic toppings. The idea that you are trying to save your customers time and ‘nOt wAsTe fOoD’ is a load of BS. Especially since i know for a fact having to list out everything you want on a burger as opposed to everything you dont want is both more stressful for the customers and what I imagine are your criminally underpaid employees. Your frankly terrible cost cutting measures and your tone are both indicators of the sort of terrible management that not only provides a bad customer experience experience but likely results in an incredibly high turn over rating.

First time here, I actually really enjoyed it here. The fries were really good. Felt fresh not greasy like other places. The burgers were pretty good. I just got a cheeseburger with everything. I love that it’s green leaf lettuce instead of shredded. Patty is nice and juicy but not greasy. I’m definitely a fan. I’ve gone to burger places where I don’t really care for the food. This place I actually liked. I like that they had fry sauce. The dreamsicle shake was delicious. We’ll be coming back for sure.

Food was amazing! Classic burgers with all the flavors. Fries were fresh & good. Got the ol burger joint feel. Staff were a little worn out as it was Alien fest. Chef was in a great mood and had a good chat on his break. I’ll continue to drive 20-30 min for these burgers!

My wife and I ordered two strawberry shakes online, and as it says to do online, we left a note saying strawberry, like we’ve done many times before. What happens when you don’t specify is that they can give you a vanilla shake. However, since we did it as we’ve always done, we figured nothing would be different.
I get there and greet them happily as I have always done, and they greet me as well. But when they hand me my order, the shakes are both vanilla. I pointed out on their printed receipt that it says strawberry, and the older woman said, “We have no way of knowing if you meant both of them. We don’t know what that means, so that’s on you.”
I’m not one to make a scene, and I can tell the way this woman’s demeanor flipped when I pointed out their error that it was going to be pointless to argue, so I left. The younger woman behind the counter apologized as I left, at least.
This whole thing didn’t make sense to me, as even if I hadn’t specified for both to be done in a specific way (Which I have never had to do before), they didn’t even do one of the shakes the way that I ordered, and told me that it wasn’t their problem.
Still, I found it pretty disrespectful and unprofessional that they didn’t even try to understand and correct the issue, and just laid blame on me for the problem. I’ve ordered like this many times before, and there has been no issue.
Just based on my treatment during this, even if it was a quick encounter, I don’t think I’ll be returning, which is unfortunate because I do like the food and have had good experiences until now. But it only takes one bad experience, even a minor one, to put a stale taste on a business.

Came here for lunch its our first time eating here,I can say that the service was great, friendly, knowledgable and the food ( burger and fries with milkshake) well the food was fresh great flavor and the perfect mix of what makes a burger great, the frie’s a small order big enough for 2-3 people I couldnt stop eating them Mmm, the strawberry milkshake was cold,fresh…perfect tasty! The restaurant was clean with good seating inside and outside too, overall I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s hungry for the best burger and fries in Mcminnville.

First time to this establishment. I have to say I was beyond impressed! The restaurant itself was very clean and definitely had a 50s diner vibe which was awesome. Burger was out of this world!! Blows away any fast food burger out of the water yes including In N Out. The meat was incredibly cooked and taste was phenomenal. Fries were a regular size but the portions were huge and tasted amazing definitely love was put in the food preparation. Got a shake also and it was definitely the good stuff really thick no powdered fake chocolate like other establishments. Girl at front counter was really nice and helpful. We definitely need to support businesses like this in hopes to keep them around for a long time. I’m not local to the spot but plan on making it part of my weekend getaway stops!!
