The food has never disappointed. From an Irish breakfast to Bangers and Mash it is always good savory food. The most recent try was Nanas Meatloaf and it was wonderful! The gravy was delicious and the potatoes and peas complimented it perfectly. Best part, the warm soda bread. Delicious. Do yourself a favor and eat here. The Au gratin cod and chowder will also not disappoint. In the mood for a sausage wrapped in a delicious puff pastry? Get the sausage roll. Guinness also pairs well with everything.

Loved this place so much! I laughed so hard I cried while I was here. Great atmosphere and charming staff who really made us feel at home. We had dinner on the patio with outdoor heaters and they were very helpful bringing us samples of beer. I had the Nancy’s Whiskey which gave me an instant lovely buzz. It’s in a cute part of town with fairly easy on street parking. A doable short walk in heels. I ordered the corn beef and cabbage and my date got the meatloaf, both with their amazing soda bread. The carrots were my least favorite part of the dish, I think the artful blob is overreaching; don’t try to be fancy, guys! But overall it was fantastic and I can’t wait to go back to try some of their pies! Tried Scotch eggs for the first time here and was amazed how good they were! Reasonable prices and no major complaints! 5 skulls, highly recommend!

Excellent food here at Nana’s on Nye beach.
Went twice in 4 days, so good!

Beer soup just ok but full marks to the Shepherds pie, Cod au gratin, Corned beef and (excellent) cabbage, and Thaigue’s Delight (smoky pork sausages with hot apples and delightful onions, and a ton of peas).

Highly recommended.

I ordered the vegetarian curry pot pie, and my husband ordered the veggie sandwich! You don’t often find vegetarian food at a pub like this, we were happy! The food took a little longer than usual so the waitress offered free soup on the house! We ordered the creamy tomato and it was amazing! Highly recommend Nana’s! The food is delicious and high quality. Great service and ambiance too!

Second time I’ve been here, the food is super good. Would have rated 5 stars, but the female busser came by my table and grabbed the drink menus and malt vinegar and slammed them aggressively into their holder while looking at me. I was still using the malt vinegar and had planned on ordering a cocktail. Don’t think I’ll be coming back with that kind of service.

Very cute little place! A little tight on seating but not too bad. My husband got the Taigues Delight which was really phenomenal!!! I got the shrimp roll sandwich which was pretty mid. Overall a great experience though and I would love to come back! Just for Irish food next time

My wife and I stopped in on Valentine’s Day for a late lunch at Nana’s. It was definitely busy (to be expected) and there was not a good area to wait, but luckily our table was ready fairly quickly. We started with the scotch eggs (delicious) and the clam chowder, which was honestly the best clam chowder I have had…and I’ve had many! The soda bread was tasty as well. We split the Guinness beef pie and it was excellent. We each had a draft which was very reasonably priced. Overall this was a perfect meal, and we will definitely be back!

Had a great time. It was raining so we did not sit on the patio but it looked nice. Food was excellent. Our server was outstanding. And it’s a fun place. I tried the Irish Red which was very tasty. We did the salmon appetizer – really good and I did the fish and chips for the main course. Lots of fresh hot chips and beer battered fish with home made tartar sauce.
Nana’s is highly recommended.

We love Nana’s! We make sure to stop in anytime we are on the Oregon coast. It’s one of the only places with gluten free clam chowder and a kids menu! We love the Irish feel and friendliness of everyone when we go. We highly recommend it. We’ve yet to eat something there that we didn’t love! You won’t regret going, especially if you end up there on a night with live music. Such a treat!
