Jockamo’s has decent pizza, but would not put in the city’s top tier. Most pizzas seem to have toppings a bit overwhelmed by the cheese, and quality of ingredients seems fairly standard. More depth of spices and flavors would improve things. Servers were generally attentive. They usually have a few craft beers on draft in addition to the standard macros.

Slaughterhouse five, Creole, and Pizza Bonita were our choices that day. Two out of the three were really good. Pizza Bonita was dry and missing flavor in my opinion, other than that everything was great.

Great pizza! The crust is lighter and very tasty. Very cool vibe with interesting artwork around the restaurant. Terrific table service. The Mediterranean salad we had was really good. Good beer selection. Parking lot in back.

This place has some absolutely delicious pizza and Italian beef. I highly recommend the Lazy Boy Pizza and the Italian beef and ask for the BBQ sauce to go with it. You will not be disappointed. Catie has outstanding customer service and a big smile that lights up the restaurant. The restaurant is clean and they have reasonable prices and lunch specials on the pizza slices. I give them a 10/10 and will definitely return again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Was sat at a table with my 3 children that felt like the top of the table was going to fall off at any time. Asked our server when he came to greet us if we could be moved and his response was I don’t know if we have a solution. But he would check. Came back and said we have no other tables and I wanted to get our manager but he’s busy. Wasn’t given the opportunity to wait for another table. Nothing. Just. He’s busy. We loved this place and been many times here while visiting but I can assure you I won’t go back. Horrible service.
Editing this….. My kids love this place and begged to go back tonight since we are still up in Indy. Went back and it was back to the norm. And to the owners response the reason I’m on my business name is because yes I had already left a review for a great past experience. This time was no different than those. I can tell you the food here is excellent. Recommend the slaughterhouse five. The garlic Parmesan dip for the breadsticks is out of this world. Thank you for a much better experience.

It was very overpriced for what you get. My friends added chicken to their salads and paid $6 each for 5 chunks of chicken on a really small salad. Our server was fantastic and very attentive. The place was not busy at all when we were there. It was a Thursday evening around 6pm.

Great experience. I had the Greek salad. My son had the gluten free version of the hummus plate. We both thought the food was delicious. The service was EXCEPTIONAL. Our friendly server checked back several times. My diet soda was refilled without me having to ask. The atmosphere was cozy, featuring an eclectic mix of Jockamo items and local Irvington posters and art. We plan to return.

As usual, the pizza was very good. The Slaughterhouse 5 has always been one of my favorites.
There were a few issues with service. The first is when I arrived, I said we needed a table of 7. The young gentleman said we could sit anywhere. We then went to put together 2 tables. A woman approached us and scolded us stating we shouldn’t be sat until the entire party was there. Her rudeness didn’t exactly set the stage for a pleasant evening. If we would’ve been told that up front, we would’ve waited. The second issue is we asked for separate checks and explained how they were to be broken down. The server still got it wrong and had to redo a few of the checks. Not a huge deal, but she could’ve noted how they were to be done to avoid more work for herself.
The major issue here was how rude the one staff member was. Those things is what makes people not want to return.
