Very nice, locally-owned eatery. The staff was pleasant, and the food was great. The fish nuggets were delicious, and the house-made tartar sauce was great, and I don’t even like tartar!

I ordered the cajun fried catfish sandwich ($10.16) which is their best seller. Very good! Fresh fried catfish that isn’t too oily. I would get it again, perhaps at least once a week if I lived in the area.

Came back to my hometown and stopped by this place on my way out. First, I love the look of the place. It’s simple, yet fun. I was greeted immediately which is nice, and they have a pretty nice variety of things. From burritos to chicken and waffles, to specialty waffles that you can order just about any combination you’re looking for. I got the chocolate covered strawberry waffle. It was so delicious! It gave me exactly what it says. I had chocolate and strawberry in every bite. The waffle was one of the best waffles I’ve had. It was thick and just the right amount of consistency that I like. Overall this place has a good vibe, good food, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Average overall. They somehow have three restaurants a into one, so it’s confusing on the ordering process. Nice staff, but no paper menus, just TVs. Two orders came out before the other two,which was unusual. Decent overall but just average restaurant experience.

An awesome hidden gem of a diner! My family and I ate breakfast and ordered Sourdough French Bread, side of corned beef hash and a corned beef hash omelet. It wasn’t very busy so we got our order quick. WELL WORTH THE $$ WE SPENT! For the same price at a “chain” joint, we received down home cooking food and plenty of it! We will definitely be back to try other items on their restaurant’s menu! When you order breakfast, you get a nice little boat of fresh fruit for free! That was a pleasant surprise!

Came to Danville for the casino and found this gem. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was an old school vibe and the food was good. I had the catfish sandwich, my friend had the catfish nuggets and my sister had the chicken and waffles. All of it was good! We will be back to try different things.

This place is definitely more on the casual end, and there aren’t any actual servers. I ordered at the register and got my food pretty quickly – I ordered the Bang Bang Chicken and Chorizo, which was good!
The portions were absolutely huge, and I had enough to bring home a good amount of food. The rice itself isn’t great without the sauce, but is quite good with it.

Tried the catfish nugget plate and it was the best fish in the city so far that I’ve had! Full of flavor and the fires were seasoned very well!! Honestly didn’t care too much for the lil side of slaw but that wasn’t a deal breaker for me
