just so you all know, them saying they close at 10 does not actually mean 10. went though the drive thru at 845. sat there for 10-15 minutes with no movement. decided i was going to try to go inside, nope apparently their lobby was closed and wouldn’t let me order. mind you people were in the building eating. either get better and faster employees or stay open all the way!!! hopes this helps everyone, don’t waste your time!

Food was great, however our cashier/server Christian was phenomenal. We placed the order for carry out then decided after going in that we wanted to eat in. We hadn’t said anything about it yet but he quickly noticed we sat down and asked if we wanted to switch to an eat-in order. He was very quick and attentive to us and the other customers coming in. We got my daughter a kid’s meal which of course comes with a cone; when he brought the food he heard me tell my daughter she had a surprise in her meal and picked up on that and asked if I wanted it now or when she was done eating. I thanked him for asking and told him we’ll get it when she’s done. And when that time came, he took maybe 45 seconds at most to get the cone! Thank you for making our experience at DQ the best it could’ve been! (Google review because the survey on the receipt isn’t working)

I had a really good experience at the new dairy queen on Dixie. My food was great but nothing compares to the amazing service and quality staff. Christy went above and beyond with her customer service skills. Her positive attitude and bubbly personality were everything you’d hope for in service while dining out. She was friendly, fast and made my entire family feel excited about trying the new restaurant in town. We really enjoyed the hassle-free experience. Thank you so much Christy!!!!

Fake good service ; they give you a credit for there bad business and tell you your not worth not on their list. Ordered a 4 piece meal a got 2 so it’s just basic common sense training the crew lacks . But nobody is correcting them I do not see this location staying open long with the crew they have!

I highly recommend you go somewhere else for food… I gave them a second chance, and they STILL screwed up!

Went here a couple weeks ago and ordered some very simple, basic meals. We were in the drive thru for about 20 minutes, but they were very busy. When we finally got to the window, it seemed like they had every single employee working, and it looked like they were all packed in that small space like sardines. It looked like they could barely move, so it’s no wonder they were moving so slow. They handed us a small shake and blizzard, but we ordered mediums. The girl at the window put a flat lid on the blizzard that was already overflowing, and handed it to us without wiping it off, so it left a mess in our van. They told us to pull forward to the first waiting space, where we waited about 20 more minutes. While waiting, another vehicle parked in the 2nd waiting space. Keep in mind that both spaces clearly indicate which space is 1 and 2. A young woman finally came out holding both orders, then proceeded to ignore which spot was which, handing us and the other customer the wrong food. When she realized her mistake, she switched the food. This is a HUGE NO-NO in the food business, btw. She walked away without giving us a chance to check our order, which ended up being completely wrong. We decided to call customer service rather than go back through the line. The owner of this location called me in an attempt to correct all of their mistakes. She was very nice and offered to completely replace our order, and I was happy with that offer.

Fast forward to today…
We decided to redeem our credit because they didn’t seem very busy. When we gave them the name, the manager immediately took over and started ringing us up. We were supposed to receive 2 bacon dlx meals (once ketchup only), 6pc tossed tenders, 3 sodas, a shake, and a blizzard. They handed us most of our order, then told us to have a good day. We told her that we were still missing part of our order, and she looked at us like we were crazy. We were told to go to the first waiting space, where we waited about 10 minutes. A man then brought out a bag with no fries, and a burger that wasn’t made the way it was ordered. He walked away so fast that we didn’t get a chance to stop him. In short, we NEVER received the 3rd soda, fries for the 2nd combo, or the burger with ketchup only. We just left at that point because the employees clearly have no idea how to do their jobs correctly, and the manager isn’t holding her team accountable for their ignorance. This is, by far, one of the worst fast food joints in this area.

Chic Fil A could never hold a candle to the hospitality Tamara showed us in-store today.

We’ve been through the drive through several times since opening, but today was the first time we dined in. Walking in, the dining area was clean and inviting. Tamara greeted us warmly, took our order efficiently and was very kind. When we made her aware of a switch up of the soda lines, she jumped into action quickly and filled our sodas once she fixed it.

Our food came out correct, timely and hot.

I hope Tamara always stays in customer-facing roles because she has a natural, empathetic, caring soul that any corporation would be lucky to have on their team.
