I saw very mixed reviews and was kind of hesitant to try Nami, but me and some coworkers went for a christmas get together and it was actually fantastic. The service was great, the food was fresh , and the overall experience was pleasant. I tried the sushi, hibachi and a little of the buffet. The sushi was surprisingly very good and the hibachi was cooked to order. I knew what I liked for hibachi so thats what I stuck with, but I can see where you could easily add something you dont like. The buffet looked and tasted good as well.

Service was incredible, the food was phenomenal! I had a lot of the sushi selection and seafood. It was all so great! You know when the Mongolian beef hits and is juicy and tender it’s made well! Also had a good bit from the hibachi and it was all so fresh!

Good standard fair, good variety. I will return and try the hibachi, it looked pretty good. Tuscaloosa seems to have a lot of good buffets, still looking for great. Hot and sour soup was a bit different but very good. Loved the extra decor.

I really like the selection at NAMI! They have a great variety of sticky rice rolls, including real sushi and sushimi. Plus, they have all the trimmings like wasabi and shaved ginger. Their salad bar has exotic items like baby octopus. The Dessert Bar is loaded! I found extremely good banana pudding on the salad bar! Their mussels with melted cheese and seasoning was so good! I didn’t try the Hibachi, but I will next time. The have a extensive selection of Hibachi items. I highly recommend that you treat yourself to NAMI!

Absolutely love this place! The buffet is always fresh and well-stocked, with a great variety of options. The sushi is surprisingly good for a buffet—fresh and tasty with plenty of choices. The hibachi grill is another highlight, where you can pick your ingredients and watch them cook it right in front of you. Staff are friendly and quick to refill drinks and clear plates. If you’re craving Chinese food, sushi, and hibachi all in one spot, this place definitely hits the mark!

We were traveling home and decided to give this place a try. This was by far one of the best Chinese buffets that we have ever been to. Everything was fresh and hot. The selection was incredible. The service was great. They have a hibachi grill that is wonderful. Wish we lived closer!
