Namaste Village is a fantastic place with a great atmosphere and very welcoming service. The staff were attentive and made the whole experience really enjoyable.
For starters, the chilli masala mogo was excellent and full of flavour. In the mains, the vegan chicken achari and paneer anguri were definitely the highlights. Both dishes were rich, well-spiced, and cooked perfectly. The basket naan paired really well with the mains and was one of the best parts of the meal.
The mango lassi tasted great and was very refreshing. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were all top quality. I would definitely recommend visiting Namaste Village.

It is a fantastic place, the decor is beautiful, the people are so kind and helpful and never in a rush. They actively listen and make recommendations, my mums 81st birthday we were there, 10.02.2026. She absolutely LOVED the special attention. The food is amazing. Truly. I am vegan and my son vegetarian, .my mother eats meat usually. She couldn’t believe the chicken dish was plant based. I was recommended a cauliflower dish and it was out of this world. My son had the king not prawn dish and was absolutely blown away. This is not the first or the last time I will visit Namaste Village in Southend on Sea. It’s an hour and a half drive from me but NOWHERE can cook like that. Thanks to Ronish too for being the best host ever.

This is my new favourite restaurant! Can not fault a thing – the food is exquisite, beautiful decor and presentation, lovely owner and staff….the only downside is that it’s not closer to where we live!!!! Amazing choice of food and drink – took us a while to decide what to have as everything sounded delicious! Perfect for vegans and veggies – but there’s also dishes that meat eaters will enjoy. High quality food and good size portions, at sensible prices. Apparently the restaurant is dog friendly too – so we will all be back as soon as we can!

Very impressed, on entering we were welcomed with smiles and a very calming classy interior. I was with quite a few members of the family for a gender reveal and the staff were fantastic, very attentative and helped assist with a very enjoyable, memorable evening. Such a happy helpful bunch of lads class.. now the food, oh my, the food.. so flavoursome, absolutely delicious, filling and moreish at the same time.. compliments to the chef the staff and the interior designer i have to say that this is now my faviourite Indian and i will be back.. the food, wow, devine

Couldn’t reccomend more!! The staff here are so friendly and caring – I’ve been ill and haven’t been able to eat anything and the only thing that was appealing to me was something from Namaste. They weren’t taking deliveries at the time but my lovely mum called and the owner personally delivered the food to us! Thank you so so much! The food is amazing. So amazing. And vegan!!! Bring your lover, bring your mother, bring your kids, bring WHOEVER but just give namaste a try because you won’t regret it.

Went here for the first time as I’m a big fan of desi street food. From the outside the building doesn’t look very inviting but inside it was calm and clean. Quite an inviting feel. The staff is respectful and friendly. Plenty of vegetarian food options. I enjoyed the dahi puri best. Then dosa and samosa chaat.
I’m redoing the review stars as the next experience was absolutely pathetic and I was so disappointed. The service was slow , staff not knowledgeable and appeared uninterested, food was tolerable at best. Won’t be coming again I’m afraid
