They take 5 minutes to acknowledged someone at their drive through. My app told me my food was gonna be ready for pick up at 8:18. Didn’t get my food till 8:48.

The lobby was very busy. I walked up to the counter and waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Finally I said: ” How can I place order?” I was ignored. After another 10 minutes of waiting we left without eating. The staff is overwhelmed. The fault lies with the owners. They are not willing to hire enough people to handle the volume of business.

Went through the drive thru during breakfast. Everything was cold. Even the coffee was lukewarm, at best. Totally disgusting

Not the first time I have ordered from here and I feel like as a fast food worker myself there is no reason it should be hard, REGARDLESS of how the rush is. I placed an order for pick up took maybe 5 minutes to drive and get it, they were slammed out the wazoo and by time i got my food the bag was open and not even tucked to preserve heat and my food was dry, hard, and cold. I WILL NOT be eating here again!!

I went there specifically for the jack o lantern whopper. Never have me a heads up that they were out of the special bun. I would’ve ordered something different. Very poor service in the drive through voice on the other side was very confused that I wanted the all 4 meal. Also order another meal after ordering total was given. We had to remind the girl for a second time that we wanted the meal. Better to go to Girard. Worth the drive

I hate leaving negative reviews but the service in this locations drive thru is nothing short of embarrassing. As I type this I’ve been in the drive thru line for almost 25 minutes and the car at the speaker currently hasnt been spoken to according to my timer in about 12 minutes. If it’s a staffing issue, the it’s incompetence not to shift schedules and hire staff. It’s 1151am so it shouldn’t take this long for a lunch rush regardless. Highly disappointed
