First time at this location food and customer service was great.
My order was correct when I recieved it and very tasty. Whatever I ordered from the menu was never a disappointment

Yummy Mediterranean. Fast-serve style where you build your own pita, bowl or plate. I got my (usual) chicken shawarma rice bowl with hummus, red cabbage and cucumber tomato mixture nabbed a taste of the steak too and it was seasoned perfectly.

We stopped in for lunch after going to the House from A Christmas Story.

My wife and I both got pitas and I got a side of the chicken tenders. My falafel was perfect and all the ingredients I added to it were fresh. The garlic sauce was really good.

My first chicken tenders had a little fat running down the middle but the other two had really good flavor.

My wife said she really liked her chicken shawarma pitas as well.

I’ll definitely keep an eye out for another opportunity to eat here. I was pleasantly surprised.

Naf Naf has been my go to for years whenever I’m in Independence. Different story today. Food wasn’t great, not sure my chicken was cooked and they just grabbed bread out of a bag and tossed it on my bowl. Didn’t they used to bake it or at least warm it? And the manager was yelling at the new employees in training which was awkward. Such a great concept I hope this location isn’t on a permanent decline.

Quick counter serve Middle Eastern food. I would certainly make this a regular place in my life if there were a location in my town.

I used to love Naf Naf. This bad review is based on terrible service today. Crispy chicken was burned, dry and not edible. I tried a bite and it tasted like a mouth full of salt. I have had the chicken many times and it never was like this. Rice was all clumped together. Forgot the sauce on one, even after i stated which kind and how much. Forgot pitas for both. Mixed up the two bowls so that it was the wrong toppings. Huge waste of money.

November 2022: The family dined here on a Saturday night after the Winterland fest in downtown Cleveland. We were in search of something different, and we found it here at the Mediterranean version of Chipotle or Choolah.

We ordered the falafel pita, a chicken hummus bowl, a kids bowl (that came with a half pita on the side), the naf naf fries (more like freshly sliced and fried potato chips), and some fountain drinks.

Pros:
* Clean restaurant
* Accommodating hours
* Friendly staff
* Good, flavorful food. Not the absolute best Mediterranean food in the city, but comparable. I would go back and eat there again.

Cons:
* I did not see a huge offering for desserts.

Conclusion: I will be back.

These are the most amazing people and they make the most amazing food. I order takeout regularly and the food is consistently fresh, high quality, delicious, and a great value with good portions.

Nag Naf reminds me of a Chipotle for Mediterranean food. Fast casual, counter service. Food is ok to pretty good. I wish they had more options for protein, such as lamb/kofta. But pricing is very reasonable. Got the chicken shawarma plate – a decent amount of food for &12+. I will say that the baba ghanoush had an excellent smoky flavor – all were good, but the baba is what stood out to me. Overall, pretty good and I would go back again.

This place has really gone downhill. The quality of the food has dropped, and so have the portions. If you order anything in a pita, you might want to bring a magnifying glass to find it.
