Olga Santos and her son Carlos Santos, owners of Nadas, a new Colombian take-out focused empanada spot in Harrison Feb. 20, 2025. The mother/son duo ran the Colombian restaurant Aqui Es Santa Fe in Port Chester for 17 years before closing in 2024. Now at Nadas they’re serving gluten free Hispanic foods for everyone anywhere.

This place only opened recently in February and I’m so relieved it’s local. The empanadas really amazed me because they were so soft, delicious, savory, and best of all… gluten-free! I really appreciated their creative approach to empanadas that I would have never thought to try, like the mango with pork and the guava with cheese. Despite the unexpected combination, it was the best combination of sweet with savory. They have a unique approach to their presentation with the empanadas with colors of the rainbow and even having delicious special seasonal empanadas. The staff there were great, they were always so kind every time I walked in and quick to take my order. I can’t wait to try more things on the menu as they have many more Colombian food and drink options.

The empanadas are delicious and the cilantro + hot sauces are so good too. My family loves the yucca cheese bread in addition to the black bean, chicken, & beef empanadas. We like them so much, we bought fresh and frozen packs for later. Please give them a try!

My daughter and I were searching for empanadas after my visit to MSK. So happy we chose Nada’s! The natural juices are delicious but the empanadas really do outshine. We tried the chicken empanada and guava and cheese to go then went right back in to order more. I might actually look forward to treatment days if it means I can have a couple of empanadas afterwards.

The empanadas are great. They are all natural even those cool colors. My order was taken by the mother of the founder of nadas empanadas. When I picked up my order the son and founder was at the location. He further explained the philosophy and processes of making these empanadas out of all natural ingredients.
I liked a few of their flavors. The spinach, the classic chicken, the mango and pork and the sweet guava empanada. I was excited to see that they also made and sold buñuelo. These are great with coffee in the morning they remind me of my childhood.
I would definitely recommend stopping by for a quick to go bite and to take some home for later.

Delicious food! Everything I’ve tried was fabulous. Simple clean food. Friendly service. Pork & Mango nada has a slice of mango nestled in with the pork – scrumptious.

Nadas Foods is a new restaurant in Westchester County New York. Its Gluten free. Like celiac sage. Also everything is natural. No dyes. Colorful Empenadas. Delisosourusrex. There sauces are all amazing. They sell food to go too. We had the banana coffee amazing. The Colombian coffee is locally roasted in the Bronx at Don Carvajal Café . The Lulo juice is outstanding. Get a fresh juice here. Top tier service.
