This is a great place. The food and staff is amazing. You have to try their green margaritas. This large fish bowl St Patty day looking drink is the best. There is a Nacho Tower that looks like its for 10. My favorite so far is the smothered burrito.

This has been here a long time and it used to be a bit of a dive bar, but now it’s gone much more upscale with the redecoration. I kinda liked the old vibe – but this will be seen as progress for most people! The beer is still great and served up by nice bartenders like DeeDee. Great happy hour. I heard the food is good from my friends who are locals, but we did not eat. It was great but just not anything special – so 4 stars.

Other reviews complain about the service but it was fine our waiter was nice. The food is just not good. It’s crazy that chips aren’t free – the queso was $9 and was probably the worst queso I’ve ever had at a restaurant (I think it was just belvita?). The tuna tower thing was okay but I don’t think the tuna was fresh. I was not impressed with any place we ate at on Marco Island. It’s insane to me that there’s no actually good restaurants here but I guess when your clientele is old rich tourists it doesn’t matter what kind of food you’re putting out.

Stopped in for lunch on a Monday afternoon. My wife and I thought the food, service, and atmosphere were all great. We were able to sit outside to enjoy a nice day. Menu had large selection of your standard Mex & TexMex fare. If we visit the area again we will consider to come back.

We should’ve paid more attention to the reviews. We ordered the trio fajitas, and our steak came with this hologram look. Our server brought the owner by or the manager, he made sure the steaks were fresh, and said we were going to get a discount. They brought the check they discounted only the steak not the actual whole dish. After all it got cooked together right?
We got a $8 discount.
Zero customer service.

Marco Island Beach Getaway
We have been coming her a LONG time. This has always been on our list of favorites! The renovations are beautiful, however, the food has suffered tremendously. We ate there last week and mentioned to the manger. The manager said they did not change chefs (and denied anything changed from pre -renovation) but something drastically must have changed. The food is really not good. I really hope they turn it around to how it use to be. We used to love this place and miss the how it use to be!

Went here for lunch. Not very busy but they only had one server taking care of folks inside and on the patio. She did the best she could. But we waited more than 30 min for our lunch. We think they only had one cook too.
We understand that times are tough in the restaurant industry and that we were there after the height of the season, but wow, the wait was a killer.
The food on the other hand was absolutely delicious. We split the blackened shrimp crispy taco shell lunch. Best we’ve ever had.
Bottom line, the wait was worth it.

REMODELED: place was beautiful, servers were pleasant and very personable! Food… Food was great! Fried baha fish taco is my go to…. Their salsa is good and served with warm chips. Have not had a bad margarita there yet. Tables outside as well as an outside sit down bar…. We were there on a Sunday and lots of people there for football games.

I honestly don’t know why people hate on this restaurant so much. Me and my family always come here whenever we’re here on vacation!! The food?! SPECTACULAR!!! If you’re complaining about the food, then you haven’t had the nacho supreme rice bowl yet! I can never even finish it, it’s so filling!!!! There’s this one annoying bartender and waitress though..don’t know her name, but she just rubs me the wrong way. She makes us wait a little too long for food. That’s okay though, it’s always worth it in the end!!!!

Just tried it again after boycotting it for probably 6-7 years. The food has improved slightly, service is still incredibly terrible. Zazas is much better.
I’m convinced they’re only open because only tourist who don’t know any better eat here.
