this restaurant is the best restaurant in lake stevens. i stand by this due to the fact they refilled our drinks (soda & iced water) 7x times & refilled our free complimentary chips including the free salsa & pico dips alongside it. their prices are immensely cheap— especially considering the exquisite taste of their food. we got the super nachos for $15.95 + $3.00 (chicken add-on) = $18.95 in total & the portion was a very generous copious amount that a whole full box of left overs was taken with. we got pretty full with just the complimentary chips & super nachos so that is lovely. the service here is also very delightful. every worker & the environment (which is EXTREMELY clean might i add.) —is authentic which makes you feel very at home.

My husband & I ate at 1 of the Nachos Family Restaurants back in August (it’s now March). They charged my credit card for more than I approved. When I contacted them to find out what had happened, they sent me a copy of someone else’s receipt (wrong day, wrong amount, not my name, MasterCard not Visa). They lied twice, saying they had sent a check & would send another since I hadn’t received the first one. Stalled so long, my credit card company wouldn’t get involved. Now my only recourse seems to be to write bad reviews! Be careful & check your statement!

I had 3 tacos from here all alpastor.

My first time here. A little disappointed in the proportion but the food was good. It’s hard finding a good restaurant now days. I give 4 stars because the drink wasn’t good and it wasn’t alot of food the sauce was good but a little salty. UPDATE came back again ordered the chimichanga with chicken it’s good but the drinks are still bad do not order the lemon drop. And heads up this place is a little pricey if you order anything more then a basic burrito I paid around $23 for the chicken a la creme dish.

I took my brother here for lunch at 3 pm and although I hate to say this..the food was horrible. So my initial 4 stars goes to the 1 first cook. The cook I had today did not make the polo a la creme sauce good it tasted like I was eating mouthfuls of sour cream. I asked about it and the waitress told me the cook says the sauce is made of sour cream and cream cheese now I could be wrong but pretty sure there is an ingredient missing! I had to switch my food out for something else it was that bad and I got the chimichanga instead again it was not good and they didn’t put any of the red sauce on it like my photo from the first one I was so disappointed in this. I’m also lowering my rating for this because all Cooks should have the same way of making the dishes for the restaurant they work for.

For $20 for my shrimp dish I was not impressed. I asked for avocado slices and was charged $4 for what I added a picture of. Shrimp was not de veined either. Total let down. Also the avocado I have pictured has brown lines all through. Should not have even been served. Real bummer because I was so hungry and excited for it. Now don’t even want to eat. So all a waste.

Excellent Mexican food and very pleasant service. They gave us crisp and warm chips on arrival. We tried vegetarian burrito and Arroz con veggies, both was very tasty and filling! I thought the portion size here was perfect. Definitely recommend!

Best Mexican food around. It’s not the cheapest, but it shows in quality and quantity. We’ve been going since the old location. The main staff has been there for years. I must warn you when you ask for extra spicy and say make me regret it… you might just regret it! Also, the Cadillacs, well, they aren’t sedans!

I’d rate this place 5 stars for the food, portions, and service but am reluctant to come back because my husband got very sick after eating here. My mom and I both had the Deluxe Asada Burrito and everything we tried tasted fantastic. Also, a little pricey for the area.
