I ordered the chicken tikka Porrata. Here’s the picture of the chicken tikka Porrata. There’s just no chicken tikka in it. And the owner basically said that’s the way it is. Compared to the picture. Not even close.

Really awful dining experience at this place “Naan Stop” in Redmond, which is located inside of Pizza Twist. This is the so-called “dosa” which is served here. The paneer is so dry and hard. The dosa itself must be frozen and reheated, judging by the rubbery texture. They don’t give you the same food as shown in the pictures. The gulab jamun is cold and is frozen solid in the middle. The nighttime worker said he can’t do anything about it because he’s not the manager. When I asked to speak to the manager, he shouted curse words to my face. It happened on 5/11. Horrible awful restaurant. They just have to create multiple names on DoorDash just to dodge the negative reviews. Pizza Twist, Naan Stop, Slice & Spice, Dosawalla.. they all the same restaurant so don’t be fooled. There’s no way to email or contact anybody on their website. Avoid at all cost. I’ll never come here again

Sorta ghost kitchen inside pizza twist. Don’t have high expectations but good prices for a huge Naan wrap (commercially made Naan) and some Punjabi themed fillings. Chicken Tikka came off as something more greek, but the butter chicken has more curry flavor. The masala fries are full of tamarind chutney giving a sweet and sour flavor like a more intense ketchup.

We were looking forward to trying this new place since we love Indian food and it’s so close-by. Alas, they have some room to improve.
The Butter Chicken was pretty good. Could have used a bit more flavor. And they included maybe an ounce of chicken.
While their boilerplate response to good and bad feedback is usually the same and mentions ‘fresh naan’, we don’t think it’s actually made there or even locally. It looks like store-bought flat bread. See photo.
My buddy found his roll pretty flavor free.
The Chicken 65 didn’t have the spice and color that I’m used to. It wasn’t reddish and just seemed to be lightly breaded and fried chicken chunks.
Hopefully, as they ramp up and adapt to feedback, their food will improve. I recommend getting some expert Indian flavor opinions to improve the dishes.
I’m willing to try again since they’re so convenient.

Wow, just saw their response. Didn’t really address my review. They still maintain that their Naan is freshly baked. I’d love to see them make it. 🙂

It came quickly, but….
It was grubhub, but nowhere in the ordering process did it tell me that. I don’t support grubhub.
The pizza was pretty bad… too much sauce, terrible crust. No browning on the toppings. Like a frozen pizza that didn’t cook long enough.

Absolutely terrible food! I ordered the naan and curry (paneer butter masala). What they gave was not naan – it was some flatbread that was very dry and tasted stale. This was the most bland paneer butter masala curry that I’ve ever tasted in my life. It had no flavor whatsoever and the paneer was rubbery.
I’d give it a 0 star if I could have. Stay away from this place.

This place should be avoided at all costs. We made the mistake of placing a takeout order and never have I felt so cheated out of $100. The food was a sog fest (including masala fries and loaded samosas). The butter chicken and chana had the same exact curry The naan was horrible and so were the kathi rolls. The bhatura was literally falling apart. It was evident that the food was made several days ago and was reheated and packaged. We literally dumped everything into the trash. It was quite literally the worst Indian food I have ever laid eyes on…. I would give negative stars but sadly that is not an option.
