I did a catering order from this place and I’m so glad I chose this spot! The owners were so so nice and helped get it done on short notice for an early morning pick up. They went above and beyond, making the trays look so pretty. They even added extra cream cheese and bagels to the order too which is very appreciated. I am a medical rep so this order was for a hospital, and the OR staff all loved it and said it was the best bagel display they’d ever seen brought in. I wish I had a picture when it was still put together 🙁 but I’ll still include the pic from afterwards. Such kind people to work with- I will make sure to do any breakfast catering orders with them.

This is the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time. The woman who helped me was so friendly and it was a pleasure talking to her— it made my breakfast taste better! She told me how she seasons the chicken herself and it is nicely seasoned with plenty of delicious herbs. The sandwich also came out very quickly. I know where I’m coming next time I want a great sandwich! Thank you, City Bagel!

Local deli with a neighborhood feel, even though it’s located just off Rt.31. Found City Bagel Cafe a few years back on our way to Delaware Water Gap, and now each and every time we go camping we stop on the way up, and on the way back!
Although we only frequent City Bagel Cafe 5x a year, it’s super nice to walk into a place and have the owner recognize you, give a smile, and chat, as if you’d been there last week.
The chicken salad wrap is fabulous, no fillers, simply chicken and more chicken! The bagels are New York style, fat, no hole and doughy.

City Bagel is by far the best bagel shop and deli in the entire area. As a matter of fact you will have to go to NYC to find anything close if you are lucky. The bagels are super fresh, nice crust on the outside and perfect on the inside. Flat bagel (flagel!) are the best I have ever had. House made cream cheese selection is excellent especially the nova lox spread and scallion. They also have fresh cut fruit everyday and the mango is the best I have ever had. On top of that the owners Eddie and Stella go way beyond in welcoming and taking care of their customers. Thank you Eddie and Stella for setting up shop in Flemington!!

City Bagel is the absolute best bagel store around. I grew up in Queens, and this bagel store is identical to what I am used to. The food is amazing, fresh and delicious. The store is clean, organized, and doesnt make you smell like a bagel store when you walk out. The staff is phenomenal. They are caring, sweet, and generous. Customer service is key to owning a great business. They get to know their customers and they dont nickel and dime you on everything like most restaurants these days. They are old school, and theyre simply the best around. Adding pictures from a catering order they did. Amazing job.

The absolute nicest staff in the area!! Always walking around checking on the customers to ensure high end customer service as well as satisfaction! The food it always fresh and delicious and you can tell from not only the quality of the food but by the atmosphere here that the staff really loves doing what they do!

I can’t speak highly enough about my experience and more importantly the taste! The owner was sooo helpful in helping me select items for my office party. They really took care in making everything look perfect (the fruit platter was amazing). Everyone raved about the bagels and cream cheeses – especially the strawberry cream cheese!!! Can’t wait to use them again.

A true 5 star experience! Ordered catering from Edward for a big group order and he did not disappoint! The bagels were laid out beautifully and sliced. The cream cheese varieties are awesome! And as promised, the tuna salad was really delicious. He had an employee help bring it out to the car and was so professional and friendly. My group loved the bagels and sides and we will for sure be ordering from City Bagel in the future!
