Myung Ga Korean in the Lordstown Plaza, is very very good. And I recommend it to anyone ALREADY familiar with Korean Food.
It’s really a lunch canteen for the Korean folks at the Ultium battery plant up the road. With a lunch buffet limited to kimchi and an entree, soup, rice, appetizer like mandu or something and a water cooler with paper cups.
I will go back, for me. They had two kinds of REAL homemade kimchi, the kimchi chigae was good, and the rice was hot and good. And it came with a fried egg.
They are only open Mon-Fri from 11:30-2pm. Like I said, it’s really a lunch canteen for the Ultium plant workers.
The menu rotates daily, you can call ahead if you like and ask. And it’s $15, I assume all you can eat. I know I put a dent in the kimchi and rice and me and the wife are nicely full.
Oh, and the people who work at Myung Ga are great. Friendly and happy to help you.

We went here today for lunch, and even though it was close to closing they still served us! They were so very friendly and kind,they brought out so much food and asked us if we wanted more! My husband got seconds haha. The food there was the most authentic and delicious Korean food that I’ve ever had! I’ve never been to a place that tastes this authentic! If you have time please come to this place! It is 1000000% worth your time! Everyone is so friendly and just feels like you are getting a home cooked meal. We will be back often for this! Please don’t hesitate to come to this restaurant, it is very worth it! The food just tastes so clean, rich and delicate! They make their own kimchi and everything tastes so fresh as well.

The only authentic Korean restaurant in the area! The flavor profile is top notch on every meal. This restaurant has a rotating menu that most people are unfamiliar with but if you arrive when it opens, you will get an amazing lunch! It is a small restaurant so customers should understand the volume of the food coming out. The owner is very kind and sweet and works very hard.

Food was amazing. It was buffet style for $15. The soup and kimchi were delicious especially. Excited to try another day too when there’s different food at the buffet. Will definitely be back

would have liked to have tried the food….came in a little after they opened around 1200 and was told by a very polite woman that they didn’t have any more food and I couldn’t eat there.

Drove from Youngstown for lunch since app says OPEN…… But ainess was NOT OPEN! Ridiculous! Will NEVER do this AGAIN!
I did try it again….today 7-29-2025. They were open….my wife and I arrived at 12:48 pm and they were serving a buffet…..the only items in the buffet were fried chicken, rice and kimchee for $15…..ridiculous….we walked out. This must be the same people who had the korean restaurant in Austintown that folded. The restaurant is only open for lunch 11:30 to 2pm. I posted a review an hour ago which did not get posted. Why are you posting pics of food a customer can’t order? Very misleading….

The Owner is Amazing, The Food is always Delicious and Fresh. She treats Everyone like there her family. I have watched Her cut Fresh Vegetables and Fresh Meat. So Everything there is Fresh and Great Quality Meat. This place is 5 Stars….
