Great place to grab a custom salad to go for a reasonable price. You pick the ingredients and dressing, then they chop and toss it for you. There is no indoor seating.

Quite honestly the best salad I’ve had in a while! I love that you can literally get any add ins for $11 and then about $4 extra for chicken. My salad was HUGE! I wish there was one closer to where I live! No indoor seating, but the river and draw bridge are right there and it’s a fantastic view and plenty of bench seating!

Best salads I have ever had – so many great options for me being vegan – The portions are generous and makes for at least 2 meals. Soups are delicious as well and change every single day. Great location right next to the Mystic River so it is always nice to eat in the park on beautiful day!

Thank you to fellow Yelpers for helping us find this great place. Exactly as mentioned. $9 for a HUGE salad unlimited toppings!! Addl $4 for chicken $1 for protein not to mention super nice staff. Located right on Harbor for great outdoor seating and super clean public restrooms.

Non-pretentious delicious make your own salad place with unlimited add ins for $11 (extra for meat). Very generous portion size! No tables inside , but it’s right next to the Mystic river with lots of benches to sit and public restrooms around the corner.

Photo shows HALF of the salad that I shared with my husband. The 2 guys behind the counter are so nice and helpful. They walk you through the plethora of greens, fresh vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds and various toppings. Quite a list of salad dressings to choose from. Prices start at $10. For an extra $4 we got a generous scoop of curried chicken salad. Salad was delicious, nutritious and very filling! Highly recommend Mystic Salad Company!
